3.耐蚀性评价:“耐”指耐腐蚀,即使用两年以上未发现任何变形、起泡、开裂等情况;“尚耐”指尚耐腐蚀,即使用两年内有气泡或裂开、变形等情况,但修补后仍可继续使用;“不耐”指不耐腐蚀,即使用一年以内即有明显破裂、变色,不宜继续使用。
聚丙烯的耐化学腐蚀性能耐酸陶瓷管耐腐蚀性能表塑料储罐的安装使用说明1、PE塑料储罐采用滚塑工艺成型。
公司出品的塑料储罐的材质为进口滚塑专用料——线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)或线性中密度聚乙烯(LMDPE)。
它可以盛装常温下的无机酸、碱、盐大部份物质及许多有机物。
2、所用塑料的最小软化点为108℃,最大碎裂点为-70℃,所以一般可用于盛装温度-40℃至60℃的液体。
若盛装液体温度高于60℃时,应配置金属补强套,以防储罐软化变形。
若储罐用于化学反应或稀释,事先应做相应的试验,测定反应或稀释最高温度。
3、配件根据客户提供的用途进行配置,有PP、PVC、ABS接头,PP、PVC、PE法兰可供选择。
在盛装酸碱性物质时,要配置PVC、PP或PE配件及耐酸碱垫圈。
