代理记账公司绩效工资考核方案

The performance-based salary assessment plan of the accounting agency aims to XXX the enterprise。maximize the potential of human resources。motivate employees。and is tailored to the actual n of the company.

说明:

1.本考核表主要考核员工的工作业绩和工作态度。

2.工作业绩包括报税、收取资料、工商等年检、资料归档和代客户开具等方面的工作。每项工作都有相应的权重和考核指标。

3.工作态度主要考核员工对待工作的态度和工作作风,包

括考勤状况、沟通协调、客户满意度、工作合作性和工作责任感等方面的表现。

4.特殊考核指标是出勤状况,事假和病假的处理方式不同。

5.所有员工试用期满后方可参加绩效工资考核。

6.当某责任人因个人原因中途离任的情况发生时,该责任

人原则上不能获得绩效奖励,并且取消其年终绩效工资。

7.在员工考核中,当被考核人中途离职的情况发生时,按

照出勤天数获得当月基本工资,加入公司未满试用期的员工不宜进行考核,也不享受绩效工资。

8.当公司或者员工由于不可抗拒的外力影响导致无法启动

考核程序或不能执行考核结果时,暂停考核。

9.当公司累计实际税前净利率低于20%时(成本不含绩效

工资),税前净利率=利润总额÷营业收入×100%,暂停考核。
