摘要

随着城市规模的扩大及城市功能区的划分，企业员工的职住分离问题日益严重，就业地与居住地的分离使得城市居民的平均通勤时间和通勤距离不断增长，同时也引发了大量的交通拥堵问题，这一切都使得企业员工上下班通勤变得异常艰难。在此背景下，企业通勤班车服务应用而生。通勤班车是城市公共交通的重要组成部分，也是企业员工上下班的主要通勤方式，但是，许多不合理的通勤班车路线设计及班车运营方式在方便部分出行者的同时也给城市交通带来了一些

负面影响，并在一定程度上影响其他运输方式的运营。总而言之，合理的通勤班车路线与站点设计不仅对企业员工的满意度有着积极地影响，而且还会对城市交通产生积极的协调补充作用。

本文在分析影响班车服务质量与服务成本因素的基础上，将时间成本引入通勤班车线路设计，旨在探求通勤班车更好的服务模式。

文章首先给出了通勤班车线路设计的研究背景，分析了通勤班车线路设计对于城市交通以及居民出行的理论意义及实际价值；其次，对国内外的相关文献进行了剖析，阐述了国内外对于通勤班车研究的相关内容，并且对通勤班车线路设计的相关算法进行了总结；随后，设计了通勤班车线路优化模型，在这个过程中引入了时间成本的概念，更好地反映通勤班车的运营服务质量，而后运用蚁群算法进行模型的求解；最后，选取大连市某企业进行实例分析，通过实际调查取得企业员工通勤相关数据，带入模型求解班车通勤线路。在这之后对本文进行总结，提出本文的结论以及今后对于通勤班车线路设计的研究方向。文章的研究对于通勤班车系统理论的丰富和发展具有一定的贡献。

英文摘要

Abstract

With the development

of the

society

and

the

expansion of

big cities ，the

separation of workplace and residence for citizens is becoming

severe

and attracts

a

10t of attentions ．This situation

cause not

only serious traffic problem ，but also

make

citizen ’S travel from home ，to workplace a

lot inconvenience ．In order to

solving this

problem and provide convenient services to

the working citizens ，a lot of

companies

have worked on shuttle buses service for their staff ．Technically,shuttle bus is a

part

of public transportation,just like bus ，it plays an important role

in

a

city ’S traffic ，and

for those who take shuttle bus to work every day,shuttle bus is an irreplaceable mode

compared with the bus mode ．However,sometimes unreasonable management

of

the

shuttle bus service Call bring negative effect to the traffic and therefore affects a

lot to

its service level

and

other

automobiles ’operation ．So

in

conclusion ，appropriate

shuttle bus management and routing Can

not

only satisfy the customer,but

also

give

a

positive effect to the traffic ．

Based on the past study,this paper is working on

how to solve

the

problem

of

routing in shuttle bus service ，and in this process ，we put time value in the model in

order to get a balance between shuttle bus service and corporate cost ．And then

we

use

the Ant colony algorithm to solve this model ．At the last part ，we provide an example of a company in Dalian

to

prove this theory,and it

turns out

this

model

is

pretty

effective and can get a good result ．
