如果你们已经有过和孟加拉国做生意的成功经验,那么请忽略这些。

但是因为一些原因我们不能明确的回复你们。

我们在孟加拉国,我们的政府对于进口的产品有特殊的规定,如下:1.付款方式:任何出口到孟加拉国的货物都必须通过即期L/C的付款方式。

如果不通过L/C 方式进口就会被罚款,罚金至少为货物市场价的21%。

2.装船前检验:任何出口到孟加拉的化工产品在未装入集装箱前都应该在生产厂家检验通过。

从今年七月开始针对从中国和远东国家进口货物孟加拉国制定了一个附有SGS检验标准的监管措施。

SGS确认了厂家在合同上所承诺的关于产品质量和重量的描述。

同事,SGS 也写明了产品在中国的市场价。

孟加拉海关通过SGS估价报告计算进口关税。

如果进口到孟加拉国的货物没有SGS的检验证明,那么进口商就会被处货物市场价41%的罚款。

注意:A.即使有政府的严格限制,但是如果货物总量少于1到2个柜子买家有时可以通过其他方式以T/T进行一部分预付。

但是在进行预付之前买家必须确定收款人的信用。

B. 一些在孟加拉国主要出口服装和纺织品的厂家都有特别的许可证。

他们进口时可以没有装船检验证明。

如果那样的话,装船检验证明应该在货物已经到保税仓库之后做好。

通常这样的货量会很大,在100吨到800吨这样,通常在没有集装箱的整批运输时采用这种方式。

但是同样需要以L/C为付款方式。

他们只接受即期L/C.他们不会允许任何形式的预付款。

在以上的两个条件的约束下,任何想和孟加拉国做生意的中国的贸易公司就会变得很少甚至会没有人愿意同孟加拉国合作。

如果任何一个贸易公司想要和孟加拉国做生意,他们就要设法处理好这些事,否则他们就会面临许多问题,那是他们就会被买家知道是贸易公司了。

很多国家针对本国境内实施的工程项目均有保护本国产品、企业和就业的强制性法律法规,即本地成分(local content)要求,且这一要求并非政府采购类项目和PPP 项目所独有的特征,很多私人投资的项目同样需要遵守。

(1)物资采购本地化要求。

例如,印度尼西亚相关法律规定,该国境内建设工程项目至少30%的物资和服务供应商应为印度尼西亚本国企业或个人。

(2)服务采购本地化要求。

包括金融服务、保险服务、运输服务等。

例如,尼日利亚相关法律规定,尼日利亚境内的油气类项目所涉及的保险,应由在尼日利亚注册的保险经纪办理,油气类项目所需的金融服务一般应选择尼日利亚当地金融机构。

(3)投标人资格本地化要求。

在马来西亚,外国承包商需要先注册成立建设工程公司,获得马来西亚建筑发展局(CIDB)的批准后,才能从事建筑工程项目和参与投标。

尼日利亚法律规定,国际承包商在尼日利亚境内承揽油气类项目时,至少50%的施工设备的所有权应登记在国际承包商驻尼日利亚子公司的名下。

(4)人员本地化要求。

例如,马来西亚对外国劳工获得工作许可及签证的要求严、难度大,用人单位录用外国劳工前,需向马来西亚政府证明该国国内没有符合要求的人才。

Such absence shall be treated, as―misconduct‖ and the employee shall be liable to such punishment as may be specified herein.(F)星期五或假日若介於請休假的第一天到最後一天之間,應算為請休假的一部份Fridayor holiday falling I between the first & the last days of any leave period shall count as part of the leave.(G)若該‖休假日‖是被管理單位要求在星期五或假日來加班的調休,應視為特別休假來批准a ―day of days off‖ which an employee becomes entitled to by virtue of having worked onea Friday or holiday notified by the management shall be allowed to be affixed of prefixed toprivilege leave.(H)若要請病假,要附上醫生證明,若醫生沒空,要有其雇用的合格登記開業者的證明if theapplication for leave is on medical ground, the employee shall submit with his application a certificate from the doctor of the company at stations where such doctor is available of from a qualified registered medica l practitioner at places where his employer‘s doctor is not available stating the probable period for which leave is required.7.事假跟病假Casual leave and sick leave(A)每位員工每年都應有10天的有薪全薪事假every worker shall be entitled to casual leavewith full wages for ten days in a year.(B)每位員工每年都應有14天的有薪全薪一半的病假every worker shall be entitled tofourteen days‘ sick leave on half average wages in a year.但此假以西洋年為限,不可延續到下一年provided that sick leave or casual leave admissible under this section shall not be accumulated and carried forward to the succeeding year.8.休息日day-off員工若被要求在星期五或假日來上班的,可任選一天做替代的‖休假日‖an employee when required to work on a Friday or holiday a day off shall be given as a substitute on any other day.9.產假:maternity benefit服務滿10個月以上的女性員工可申請12週付底薪產假(生產前後各6週),一生中最多可請2次且2次要間隔至少3年a female employee who has completed a minimum of tenmonths service shall be entitled, on application, to maternity leave with pay for six weeksbefore a six weeks after the confinement on ground of maternity(child-birth).this benefit may be granted only twice in the whole period of service life of a female employee. Providedfurther that maternity leave for the second time shall be admissible only after a period of 3years from the date of availing of first such leave.10.年假earned leave服務滿1年後,在下列條件可享有付底薪休假an employee shall be eligible for earned leave with pay for every completed year of service as under:(A)在前12個月的服務中,每22天的工作日可有一天年假one day for every twenty two days of work performed by him during the previous period of 12 months.(B)年假沒有休完可累積到下一年度,但最多不可超過30天,若公司基於業務需要,不給請年假,員工可換領現金if an employee does not in any such period of 12 months service, takes such leave to which he is entitled under sub-para either in whole or in part any such leave not taken by him shall be allowed to be added to the succeeding year provided that an employee shall cease to earn any leave when the earned leave due to him amounts to thirty day. if earned leave is refused in the interest of the company, employee shall have the option to en-cash the leave so refused.11.節慶假日festival leave(A)在一西洋年內每位員工應有10天的節慶假日.日數及日期由管理單位視員工一般情況來訂定every employee shall be allowed at least ten days festival holiday with pay in a calendar year. The day or days and the dates for such festivals shall be fixed by the management in such manner as they deem fit but In keeping with the general consensus of the employees.(B)日數及日期應在每年1月份公佈the day of days and dates of festival holidays shall be fixed and conspicuously notified in the month of January i.e. at the beginning of the year. (C)若要求員工於節慶假日來上班,應在1月內放2天有薪休假給該員工all employee may be required to work on any festival holiday but two days compensatory holidays with pay shall be allowed to the employee within thirty day immediately after that holiday.(D)若員工要求,可以書面申請2天薪水(全薪)抵此2天有薪休假if an employee so desires in writing , two day‘s pay in lieu of compensatory holiday may be granted.第六節PART-6雇用终止/辭職TERMINATION/RESIGNADTION O F EMPLOYMENT12.終止服務:TERMINATION of service若雇主要終止正式員工/臨時雇員的服務,要在120天前通知正式員工,60天前通知臨時雇員或付給其相當於120天/60天的薪資(底薪),且若該員服務滿1年,要付給其1年1個月,2年2個月…的薪資,6個月以上以1年計,再加上其他在合約上有註明的福利for termination of the services of a permanent/temporary employee by the employer,120 days‘ notice in the case of permanent employee and 60 days‘ notice in the case of temporary employee shall be given by his employer. Provided that pay for 120 days of 60 days, as the case may be shall be paid in lieu of such notice provided further that the worker whose employment is so terminated, shall be paid compensation at the rate of one moth‘s pay for every completed year of service of for any part thereof in excess of six moths in addition to any other benefits to which he may be entitled to under the terms of employment.13.辭職:RESIGNATION(A)若一正式員工想辭職,應在1個月以前向公司提出a permanent employee shall berequired to give one month‘s notice, should he wish to resign from the services of the company.(B)若該員工無法在1個月以前向公司提出辭職,應放棄其應領取的工資an employee who resigns from service of the company but fails to give the required notice shall surrender pay in lieu of such notice thereof.(C)若該員工在1個月以前向公司提出辭職,或無法在1個月以前提出但放棄其應領取的工資時,公司應接受其辭呈the employer shall accept the resignation if due notice is given or due payment in lieu of notice is made or pay is surrendered in lieu of such notice.(D)若該員工有懸而未決的懲戒在進行,除非貣草日已超過60天,否則無法辭職.除非雇主同意其要求notwithstanding anything stated above no employee against whom a disciplinary proceeding is pending shall resign from the services of the company unless 60 days‘ have elapsed form the dr awing up of the departmental proceeding. provided that the employer may allow such employee to resign on such conditions as he may deem fit14.懲戒/抱怨程序:DISCIPLINE AND GRIEV ANCE PROCEDURE(1)若該員在雇主眼中是(a)沒有效率(b)腐敗,貪污(c)行為不端,若在調查後屬實,雇主可施予其後第16條所提的處罰.where an employee of the company in the opinion of the employer is inefficient , or corrupt, or guilty of misconduct, the employer may impose on him one or more of the penalties specific in para 16, if after enquiry he is found guilty of any of the above charges.註1-―行為不端‖意指違反善良風氣或服務,包含note 1:‘misconduct‘ means conduct prejudicial to good order or service discipline un-becoming of an employee of a gentleman and shall include-(A)單獨或跟別人一貣故意不順從或違抗法令或上級合理的命令willful insubordination or disobedience, whether alone or in combination with others, to any lawful or reasonable order of a superior.(B)關於工作或工廠/企業財產偷竊,欺騙,不誠實theft, fraud or dishonesty in connection with the business or property of the factory/enterprise.(C)毀壞工廠/企業任何財產causing damage to any property of the factory/enterprise;(D)收取或給予賄賂或任何不合法的贈予taking or giving bribes of any illegal gratification;(E)不經請假或無合理解釋而習慣性遲到或曠職.一年有10次以上不經請假的缺席可視為習慣性曠職habitual late attendance or habitual absence from duty without leave or without sufficient case. absence without leave for ten days in a year shall be regarded as habitual absence without leave.(F)連續10天以上不經許可或沒有合理解釋的缺席continuous absence for more than ten days without permission and without satisfactory cause of absence;(G)習慣性違反給予他的法律,命令,指示habitual breach of any law, order, instruction application to him;(H)對於工作習慣性疏忽,隨便,粗心habitual neglect or negligence of work.(I)單獨或跟別人一貣故意逃避工作willful abstention or absence from work singly or with others.(J)酗酒,打架,聚眾閙事,目無法紀或不適當的行為,舉止Drunkenness ,fighting &riotous, disorderly or indecent behavior;(K)單獨或跟別人一貣參與,有嫌疑或從事於破壞性的活動Taking part in or suspected or being engaged in subversive activities either alone or with others:(L)未經雇主許可,在企業/公司/工廠的場所內募集,募捐錢財Collecting or canvassing or the collection f\of any money within the premises of the enterprise/company factory for any purposes mot approved by the employer.(M)在企業/工廠的禁煙的埸所吸煙Smoking within the premises of the company or enterprise/factory where it is prohibited(N)未事先取得有關單位允許而在公司/工廠的場所內散佈或展示任何傳單,小冊子或佈告Distribution or exhibition within the boundaries of the premise of the company/factory of any hand bill, pamphlets or poster without the previous permission of the competent authority.(O)未经雇主批准而在公司/工厂的场所内集会;Holding meeting within the boundaries of the premise of the company/factory without sanction of the employer;(P)在公司/工廠的埸所內賭博Gambling within the boundaries of the premises of the company/factory(Q)習慣性不守規矩Habitual indiscipline(R)未經許可離開工作崗位Leaving work without permission.(S)上班職勤時睡覺Sleeping while on duty;(T)在企業/工廠內或區內任何形式的偷竊Theft of any kind inside the premises of the factory/company or within the zone.(U)關於姓名,年齡,資格,之前的服務經歷給予假的資料Giving false information regarding name, age, qualifications previous service etc;(V)在公司/工廠內從事錢財的借貸或做其他的生意Carrying on money lending or any other private business, within the premises of the factory/company.(W)破壞或浪費公司/工廠的原物料Sabotage or wastage caused to materials& stores of the company/factory .(X)單獨或跟別人一貣裝病以逃避職責或降低工作效率Malingering and slowing down work either alone or in collaboration with others(Y)犯法被任何法院判定有罪Conviction in any court of law for any criminal offence.(2)工作時不用或不當使用防護衣或制服Improper use or non-use of protective clothing, uniforms(if any ) while on duty;16.處罰:PENALTY(1)以下是雇主可施予雇員的處罰The followings are the penalties which may be imposed by the employer upon an employee--(a) 遣責Censure(b) 若沒有效率,不正常出勤或品行不端-停止加薪或升遷Stoppage of increment or promotion on grounds of inefficiency, irregular attendance and misbehavior;(c) 從雇員的薪資中取全部或部份來支付因其疏忽,違反或破壞規定或合約所造成的財物損失Recovery from the pay of the employee of the whole or part of a pay to defray any pecuniary loss caused to the company/enterprise by negligence, default or breach of orders or of contract on the part of the employee;(d) 降級Reduction in rank(e) 開除Dismissal from service(2)未經調查程序不可以對員工施于處罰,在調查期間若遭停職處分,應付予其底薪的一半加上房屋跟醫療津貼的薪資,若經調查無罪,應補給該員之前少給的所有薪資No penalty shall be imposed on any employee without disciplinary proceedings. If the employee concerned remains under suspension during the period of the enquiry, he will be entitled to subsistence allowance for the period of suspension equivalent to half of his average basic pay and full amount of house rent allowance and medial allowance. In the enquiry if he is found not guilty of the charge he shall be entitled to the rest of the amount of his pay for the period of suspension.17.調查程序:ENQUIRY PROCEDURE(1) 當一雇員犯了以上的錯誤要被進行調查時,雇主應進行下列程序When an employee is to be proceeded against for any offence under Para 15 above, the employer shall :(a) 建立有關此人的記錄檔案,載明該員的犯罪行為,並跟該員(此後稱為被告)說清楚其犯罪行為Frame a charge sheet specifying the charge brought against an employee and communicate it to the employee concerned( hereinafter called the accused) on which it is based;(b) 要求被告在3天內對控訴提出書面解釋Require the accused to submit within three days from the day the charge has been communicated to him, a written statement of his defence.(2) 雇主應成立調查委員會指派調查員來做調查The employer shall appoint an Enquiry Officer/Committee to held an enquiry.(3) 雇主可指定任何人/辦事員向調查委員會提出有力證詞The employer may nominate any person/officer to present the case in support of the charge sheet before the EnquiryOfficer/Committee.(4) 調查委員會在引導被告進行調查時,應照下列行動方針The enquiry Officer/Committee shall follow the following course of action while conducting enquiry against any accused employee.(a) 調查員/委員會應給被告要求其在特定的時間到特定的地點接受詢問,並提出證明文件及證人,給雇主/公司指派來支持此控訴的人The enquiry officer/Committee shall issue a notice asking the accused to appear before the Enquiry Officer/Committee at a particular place stating the specific time of appearance with all documentary evidence and witness if any with a copy to the nominee of the employer/company who will present the case in support of the charge sheet before the Enquiry Officer/Committee(b) 被告有權向對方證人反訊問且可提出其證人來抗辯the accused shall be entitled to cross examine the witness against him and he should be allowed to present witness in his defense.(c) 調查員/委員會應記錄被告及雙方證人的聲明,並且應以其所了解的語言唸出其證明讓其了解並簽名.若被告同意,應在所有證人的證詞聲明簽名,也應記錄在證詞聲明上,並由所以證明人及調查員/委員會簽名The Enquiry offices/Committee shall record the statement of the accused and witness of both side and shall obtain signature of all the witness in their respective statement duly read over to them in the language they understand. If the accused so aggress, his signature should be obtained in the statement of all witness to keep a record that the evidence of all the witness were taken in his presence. If the accused refuses to sign the statement at the time of enquiry, this fact should also be recorded by other witness and the enquiry Officer/Committee.(5) 若被告承認犯罪,調查員/委員會應記錄‖承認有罪‖,並告知調查結果If the accused person admits the charge agai nst him the Enquiry Officer/Committee will record ―Pleads Guilty‖ and thereafter shall his/its findings.(6) 若被告被判‖無罪‖,所有支持此控訴的證人要在單獨詢問,此時別的證人不可在埸If the accused pleads ‗not guilty‘ then all witness in support of the charge sheet will be examined individually in presence of the accused. No witness shall be allowed to be present during the examination of another witness.(7) 若被告有被正式通知的情況下,沒有許可或正當理由而缺席,調查應繼續進行If the accused, after being duly informed, absents himself from the enquiry without proper reason or permission, the enquiry shall proceed export.(8) 調查應侷限於該控訴,調查員/委員會不應提出不恰當的證據The enquiry shall be confidence to the charges and no irrelevant evidence shall be admitted by the Enquiry Officer/Committee.(9) 調查員/委員會應將調查報告給雇主The Enquiry Officer/Committee shall his/its report to the employer with his/its findings.(10)雇主收到調查員/委員會報告後,應下適當的指示The employer, having regard to the findings on the charges, shall pass appropriate order.18. 停職:SUSPENSION若該員工有懲戒行為要被調查,可施以停職處分,或若公司同意,也可不以停職處分改以要他請他有的休假An employee against whom a disciplinary action is proposed to be taken may be placed under suspension pending enquiry into the charges.Provided that the company may, instant of his suspension, require him to proceed on such leave as may be due and admission to him from such date as may be specified in that order.19. 抱怨程序:GRIEV ANCE PROCEDURE19.每一位員工,包括被開除的,解雇的,遣散的,或其他被終止雇庸關係的,若有任何抱怨要尋求補償的,應遵循下列程序Any individual employee including a person who has been dismissed, discharged, laid off or otherwise removed from employment and who has a grievance in respect of any matter covered by these instruction and intends to seek redress thereof shall observe the following procedures.a)事情發生的15天內雇員應向公司提出他的抱怨,而雇主在收到雇員的抱怨通知15天內查清楚,並給該員機會申訴並將決定以書面跟該員溝通The employee concerned shall brings his grievance to the notice of his employer in writing within 15 days of receipt of such grievance, inquiry into the matter, and give the employee concerned an opportunity of being heard and communicate his decision, in writing to the said employee.b)若雇主無法如上述(A)給決定或該員工決定不滿意,可在收到雇主的決定30天內或被處以上述17條(10)的要求30天內向BEPZA提出抗議If the employer fails to give a decision under clause (a) or if the employee is dissatisfied with such decision, he may make a representation to BEPZA within 30 days from the last date of the decision with which he is dissatisfied or within 30 days from the last date of imposition of the fire penalty under para17(10), as the case many be.c)收到上述(B)的抗議,BEPZA CHAIRMAN 可選派1個或多個BEPZA不低於副總經理或相當職位的官員組成調查委員會,來調查並給有關雙方解釋,然後將報告呈給BEPZA CHAIRMAN 或他所指定代理此事的人On recipient of the said representation under clause (b) the Executive Chairman may constitute a committee of Enquiry with one or more offer of the BEPZA not below the rank of a Deputy General Manager or equivalent who will enquireinto matter giving due hearing to the parties concerned and submit the report to the executive Chairman of BEPZA or to an officer designed by the Chairman for the purpose.d)收到調查委員會報告後,BEPZA CHAIRMAN 或其代理人可根據其認為公正恰當的來下決定In deciding the matter the chairman or such designed officer may such orders as may deem just and proper.20. ―暫時解雇‖ :LAY OFF(A)當一個員工(除了壞的或臨時工)名字出現在公司解雇的名單上時,若其已在公司連續服務滿一年以上,在暫時解雇期間,公司應如其有在工作時一樣,付給他底薪一半加上昂貴津貼和房屋津貼,(星期假日除外).倘若一個壞的員工名字出現在公司遣散的名單上時,不適用於此條款.除非雙方有其他合約特別規定,上述暫時解雇一年內不得超過45天Whenever a worker( other than a badly or casual worker) whose name is borne on the muster-roll of a company and who has completed not less than one year of continuous service under the employer is laid-off, except for such weekly holidays, as may intervene, compensation which shall be equal to half of the total of the basic wages and dearness allowance, and the full amount of housing allowance, if any, that would have been payable to him had he not been so laid-off. Provide that a badly worker name is born on themaster-roll of the company shall cease to be regarded as such for the purpose of this section, if he has completed one year of continuous service in the company. Provided further that no worker shall , unless there is an agreement to the contrary between him and the employer, be entitled to the payment of compensation in the aforesaid manner for more thanforty-five days during any calendar year.(2)儘管有上述但書,若一個工人不管是連續或間斷被暫時解雇超過45天,在第一個由幾個15天以上的暫時解雇期組成的45天結束後,除非由特別合約規定,超過15天以上的暫時解雇期的部份,雇主應付給員工相當於1/4底薪加上昂貴津貼跟全額的房屋津貼notwithstanding anything contained in the above proviso, if during a calendar year a worker is laid –off for more than forty-five days comprises periods of fifteen days or more the worker shall, unless there is an agreement to the contrary between him and the employer, be paid for all the days comprised in every subsequent period of lay-off for fifteen days or more, compensation which shall be equal to one-fourth of the total of the basic wages and dearness allowance, and the full amount of housing allowance if any , that would have been payable to him had he not been so laid-off.(B)在任何情況下,若任何員工在1個西洋年內被暫時解雇超過上述的45天,任何15天以上的部份,雇主可以根據下面第21條規定採取‖緊縮‖取代‖暫時解雇‖in any case where, during a calendar year, a worker is to be laid-off, after the first forty-five days as aforesaid, for any continuous period of fifteen days or more, the employer may, instead of laying-off such a worker retrench him under section 21.(C)暫時解雇的名單:雇主有責任提供暫時解雇的工人名單,並告知EPZ他們將於何時回到公司報到/上班(要於上班時間內)以利其進出Master-roll for laid-off workers: Notwithstanding that the workers or any section there of employed in a company have been laid-off, it shall be duty of every employer to maintain a master-roll, and to provide for the making of entries there in by or for the laid-off workers who may present themselves for work at the company at the appointed time during normal working hours.(D)下列情況下工人不應穫得上述補償workers not entitled to compensation in certain cases :(1)在相同工資的情況下,若他拒絕接受同一個老闆,在同一個區域方圓5英里內,不需任何技術或經驗的工作If he refuses to accept, on the same wages, any alternative employment not requiring any special skill or previous experience, in the same shop or the commercial or industrial establishment from which he has been laid-off, or any other company belonging to the same employer and situated within a radius of five miles from the company.(2)1天沒有至少1次在雇主要求的於上班時間內來報到/上班;或If he dose not present himself for work at the company at the appointed time during normal working hours at least once a day if required to the employer: or(E)若其遭暫時解雇是因他在沒有被允許的情況下無故缺席於雇主所指派其做的公司其他的工作If such lay-off is due to unauthorized absence from work by workers in another pert of the company.21. ―緊縮‖ :RETRENCHMENT(1)當屬於特定種類的員工要被緊縮掉,是因為勞動力過剩而造成的裁員,公司應照‖後到先走‖的概念來處理.除非有員工效率特別好或特別優秀的情況下.要實施此‖緊縮‖時,公司應給連續服務滿1年以上的員工1個月的通知或給1個月的薪資Where any employee is to be retrenched on ground of redundancy and he belongs to a particular category of employee, the employer shall ordinarily follow the procedure of ―last come first go.‖ the employer may deviate from this order for r eason of especial efficiency of an employee and in exceptional circumstance.An employee who has rendered a continues service for not less than one year under his employer shall be given one months notice or one months pay in lieu of such notice for his retirement(2)重新聘用之前被緊縮掉的工人-若公司在1年內要再聘請此特定種類的員工,應優先給予之前被緊縮掉的工人機會Re-employment of retrenched employee where any worker is retrenched and later on the company propose to recruit any person within a period of one year from the date of such retrenchment, the employer is expected to give an opportunity to retrenched employee belonging to the particular category concerned.。

在出口加工区企业的以当地货币允许本地购买的材料清单公共通知号 172 (97-2002) 进口(进口贸易管制) 2004 年 2 月 10 日这是为了告知所有相关的在NOC NBR 和建议的基础上从孟加拉国出口加工区管理局根据第 15 (4) 条例》各国政府进口政策订单 1997年-2002 年,出口加工区的企业可以购买原料药及其他可用的材料,下面所述以下从孟加拉国关税地区其工业用途的条件。

1.各类办公文具及印刷材料;2。

各类食品和饮料;3.POL︰汽油、柴油、润滑油、煤油、润滑脂、美孚石油、 Tarpin 油、椰子油、气瓶;4.各种施工材料︰砖、沙子、水泥、 MS 棒、钉、油漆和清漆、铝面板、门、玻璃纤维、木及 Partex 项目5.包装材料︰塑料袋、纸盒、肩带、马尼拉议会、甜锥,线程,粗麻布衣服,木质包装,铁皮带、磁带、表带弯,剪辑,纸带钩,泡沫板,纸巾,/ 软木板;6.染料和化学品︰薄,漂粉、纯碱、钾高锰酸盐、硫酸钠、硫酸、烧碱通量、硅酸盐、小脑前下动脉艾和所有其他本地可用染料和化学品;7.出口加工区; 用于药物8.配件︰梭织的标签、按钮、线程、松紧带、拉链、别针,磁带,弯曲 &剪辑衣架,绘制字符串,T / R 扒窃,聚酯,填充、吊牌和所有其他配件,可在当地市场;9.备品备件︰针板,缝纫机配件,枝剪,电机皮带,发电机配件、锅炉配件、螺母螺栓,磨床,闸阀,焊接电极,演习,软管所有其他零件和轴承衬套扁钢角度钢板管道所需的生产;10.电器︰感应电动机、断路器、开关、绝缘胶带,灯泡不同种类、加热器线圈、管灯、干起动器,所有的电缆类型,变压器;11.办公设备︰电脑及配件、传真机、扫描仪、打印机、调制解调器、电脑桌、 CD 架、复印机、电话套,手机套,类型作家,复膜机、对讲机、所有其他通信设备;12.其他资产︰电视,音频视频 CD,扩音系统,冰箱,汽车,钢铁衣橱、柜,椅,会议桌,蒸馏水水系统,投影机,空气-护发素,各种类型、空气冷却器、咖啡机、家具、地毯、纱装饰的物品;13.存储材料︰木制平台形式,篷布,标记;14.维护工具及配件︰焊接机、钻孔机、钢板,球员,不同的工具;15.安全项目︰灭火器、消防设备、手套、头盔、警笛,报警等。

16.清洗设备︰所有类型的清洗设备;17.保健和卫生用品︰所有排序的体检都相关项目,即传呼机的问题机、温度计、听诊器、麝香、手套、摇篮;18.杂项︰水泵,深管井配件,管管配件、轮胎,管、水处理材料软管管、铝板、门锁。

条件︰a)出口加工区企业应按照段规定 15(4)的导入策略顺序 1997年-2002 年购买上述所列材料从孟加拉国国内关税区域。

b)出口加工区企业应以可兑换货币支付商品的成本走出自己的外汇帐户。

c) 出口加工区管理局须发出支持出口加工区的工业单位通过书其中标明在魏高达可以采购的货物金额的领域本地每年或财政年度或季度在基础上。

d)出口加工区管理局将选择通过本书和帐户系统的形式作为与海关达卡债券 Commissionerate 讨论采购权威。

e)当通过本书所述的认可的价值上限将会耗尽出口加工区管理局应赞同通过书中的新鲜值上限或发行新把书递给。

列表中的"其他货物"免税进口的在出口加工区企业有权免税进口下列货物免费根据 SRO 号 269 / 09 月海关日的31.08.2009。
