何炅，1974年4月28日出生湖南长沙，中国内地主持人， 阿里音乐CCO，中国电视艺术家协会主持人专业委员 会副主任，曾任北京外国语大学阿拉伯语系教师。 自1998年起，主持湖南卫视的《快乐大本营》栏目长 达十余年。发行过3张音乐专辑和4部文学作品，2004 年发行歌曲《栀子花开》。此外，主演《正德演义》 等影视剧，2006年出演赖声川经典话剧《暗恋桃花 源》，2016年与赖声川再度合作打造话剧《水中之书》 [1]。曾先后主持快乐男声、超级女声、背后的故事、 舞动奇迹、百变大咖秀、为她而战、来吧冠军、拜托 了冰箱、明星大侦探等节目。获得第二十二、第二十 五届中国电视金鹰奖优秀主持人奖，第十六届上海电 视节电视节目主持人30年年度风云人物，新周刊第十 一届“中国电视榜”最佳娱乐秀主持人奖，第五届中 国大学生电视节最受大学生喜爱电视节目男主持人奖； 入围第十四届亚洲电视节最佳娱乐节目主持人奖。 2014年，何炅受邀成为上海杜莎夫人蜡像馆国内首位 制作蜡像的主持人。[2] 2014、2015、2016连续三年主持央视一套与教育部联 合制作大型公益节目《开学第一课》。2015年7月，何 炅被聘任为中国电视艺术家协会主持人专业委员会副 主任。2015年7月10日，何炅首次跨界执导电影《栀子 花开》上映[3]。2015年12月29日，何炅加盟阿里音乐。 [4] 2016年1月，被聘任为湖南卫视频道节目监制。

何炅的“娱乐三原则”
第一关：对媒体可以爆隐私，不能编故事
新专辑《自己》中，何炅填了首词《谁谁谁》：“谁为谁不爽，谁又和谁交往
，被谁亏欠，亏欠了谁……”他说，作为艺人，这些年几乎无时无刻不生活在媒体传言的网里，这首歌表达的，正是明星身处娱乐圈与是非流言相伴的无奈和困惑。
这首词想必多半不是说他自己，对于与媒体打交道的分寸，何炅一直掌握得很好，绝少被丑闻、绯闻包围，也基本没有公开向媒体“放炮”之事，“我是个蛮低调的艺人，不会动不动就开记者会澄清什么，爆料什么。
作为主持人，每周至少一次的曝光率已经很高了，我不愿意让媒体再多注意自己。
低调也是一种腔调。
”何炅带着一贯嬉笑的口吻，向记者说着他对媒体的原则。
何炅也曾被媒体恼过，他说，有一次，父亲上网看新闻，发现一条消息说他有个4岁的儿子，“把我爸爸气坏了，说‘我当爷爷怎么不知道啊’？”何炅说，看到这样近似诽谤的传闻，自己非常沮丧，“我不是一个很洒脱，玩得开的人，作为艺人，我明白承受能力应该强一点，所以，一般
爆隐私我还可以接受，但记者不能编故事，不能伤害我的家人，不能侮辱人格，这是我的底线。
”第二关:对圈中秘密决不为自己利益伤害别人
在圈中，何炅的好人缘是众所周知的，他和谢娜、李湘是“死党”，众多参与他节目的艺人最后也成为他的好友，即便面对一些事业上的竞争者，他也排斥“为了自己的利益伤害别人”。
他曾公开向媒体表示，前年主持《超级女声》心情非常复杂，“可能很多人争着想去主持，但我却是被人追着要躲，因为我不愿意介入太热闹的事情，我不想别人追着打电话问我谁会赢，那太恐怖了。
”
采访过何炅的记者都有一个共同的感觉，尽管你只要给出几个关键词，他就能滔滔不绝说上半天，不愁没有内容可写，但想从他嘴里撬出其他明星的隐私或是内幕，通常则是无功而返。
多年主持形成的控制力，让他总是能“体面”地回避一些敏感问题，“我从小就被教育，不能随便嚼舌头。
我记得，中学时有一次，把一个好朋友的秘密说了出去，结果给对方造成了不小的伤害，从那时起，我就告诉自己，再也不能那样做，到现在，我的习惯都是朋友的秘密一定要守口如瓶。
”
第三关：综艺主持收视率不能靠“恶搞”
何炅主持的《快乐大本营》走过13年，在如今综艺电视节目恨不得“一年一淘汰”的快速机制下，几乎算得上是一个奇迹。
“为什么这个节目能走得那么远？因为它讲温情和道义。
综艺节目一定要搞，但不是恶搞，恶了就坏了。
台湾那种吃蝙蝠喝尿的节目，我看都不能看。
”何炅告诉记者，有一次，他上节目，从台湾过来的制作人设计了一个环节，让小朋友扔鸡蛋过来，让嘉宾和主持人接住，不能碎，“我就和他们说，能不能换个道具？鸡蛋啊什么都是粮食，我知道你们的想法是扔在身上没接住，碎了，观众笑。
但是电视机前面有很多小朋友，这样的浪费对他们影响不好，另外，很多观众也会觉得很可惜。
所以，我们能不能把鸡蛋换成小气球灌满水，其实也有稀里哗啦的效果。
”结果，制作人采纳了他的意见。
“善和美的东西是无止尽的，但恶心和低俗的东西是会走到尽头的，现在一些做电视的人有些急了，喜欢恶搞，其实这是一种恶性循环，只会越做越往死胡同走。
”。
