近来,供给侧结构性改革成为热词。

有人认为,提出供给侧改革表明我们放弃了凯恩斯主义经济政策,转向供给学派的主张。

之所以会出现这种似是而非的观点,根子在于有些人习惯于照搬套用别人的理论来分析自己的实践、解决自己的问题,没有勇气也不善于作出创新性理论概括。

我国以前实行的经济政策并非凯恩斯主义,凯恩斯主义属于短期需求管理政策,主张在经济萧条时通过扩大投资刺激经济,但投资可以是组织工人挖沟再填上这样的无效投资。

而我国前些年的扩大投资,主要是投资于基础设施建设、经济社会发展薄弱环节等,既有利于当期扩大需求,又有利于经济社会长远发展。

这已经超越了凯恩斯主义。

因为我国作为发展很不平衡的发展中大国,经济社会各方面还有很大发展空间,投资远未饱和。

现在积极推进供给侧结构性改革,也明显不同于供给学派。

供给学派主张从供给角度分析经济、稳定经济,主张减税,但反对政府干预经济、反对产业政策。
