托福怎么把听力内容记全一.托福听力笔记怎么做首先，我们来说说托福听力考试的两个题型：conversation和lecture。
这两个题型中关于lecture是没有任何争议的，大家都认为lecture听力部分必做笔记，但是关于conversation却有不同看法。
有的同学认为conversation也必须要做笔记，因为有的细节容易被忽略，必必须靠笔头记下来。
有的同学则认为，conversation听力材料内容短小，依靠临时记忆完全可以将题目作对，而记笔记反倒会浪费时间影响对听力材料的理解。

记录的时候要学着用一些符号和单词缩写快速记录。
另外，大家在记录的时候要注意一些给出听力中给出解释的单词和一些有重读的地方，这些地方很有可能会出考题。
如果听听力时不当心分神漏掉了一些内容，不要试图回想，直接往下听。
听力听完以后，做题时要结合自己听到的内容和记下的笔记来做题，不能单独依靠笔记。
二. 听力笔记误区1. 听不懂就下笔这是很多同学都会犯的错误，他们在听听力记笔记的时候不管有没有听懂就开始下笔去记。
这样记录下来的内容只会对你产生干扰，不会有任何帮助。
所以大家在听听力的时候一定要弄懂意思再记录，自己记下的笔记是要在做题的时候给自己一定提示作用的，切不可乱记瞎写。
2. 内容太乱，影响理解找答案因为是速记，所以排版不必十分工整，但是最起码的排版和段落间隔还是要有的，按照文章的顺序来记录，重点内容要划分开来，段落之间也尽量标明，内容记录太乱可能会让你找不到答案，浪费做题时间。
3. 太过关注细节关注细节是没错的，但是不要在关注细节的时候忽略了文章主旨大意，听力的考题细节题占比较大的比重，但是主旨题也是必考题目，所以大家在记录细节的同时也要了解文章的主旨，知道文章讲了什么。

很多同学说背诵单词最大的痛苦就是前背后忘，解决这个问题的办法有两个：1、“重复”，按照艾宾浩斯记忆曲线，重复背诵。
2、“使用”，最好的情况是今天背诵的单词，明天或者很快就可以在阅读中见到（听说读写里面，阅读使用单词的量最大）大家背诵单词往往按照字母顺序来背诵，但是问题是，很多A开头的单词，比如abrasion,在89年到2011年的进100套题近400篇阅读中，只考过2次。
其后果是：你在背诵托福单词的第一天就把这个次背诵了，但是你很难在做题训练中再遇到这个次，所以这个次虽然你背诵了，但是很快就会忘掉。
而你在正式考试中，遇到这个词的概率很低。
Fossil这个次，在老托福中出现了110次，在TPO里面出现了152次，所以这个单词你要在最早就把它背诵下来，因为你在做托福及TPO的阅读、听力中，会大量遇到这个单词。
Steam 考了96次，但是托福红宝书里面没有这个单词。

因为美国的SAT考试、托福考试、GRE考试、GMAT考试，词汇的范围都比较稳定。
其原因是这些考试都有有效期，而在有效期内，必须保证相同成绩具有可比性，所以就不会出现太多的新词。
