在高铁时代到来的今天，人们不会忘记曾经为中国铁路建设立下了不朽历史功勋的铁道兵。
铁道兵改工已经30多年，然而，作为“不散的军魂”的铁道兵精神，却在铁道兵改制单位，在广大复员转业的铁道兵官兵中，乃至在与铁道兵有过渊源的地方和人群中，得到了广泛的发扬光大。
在传承铁道兵精神的过程中，有一支歌起到了特殊作用，这就是《铁道兵志在四方》（以下简称《志在四方》）。
这是一首不朽的军歌，这是一份珍贵的军事文化遗产。
首先，这首歌具有很高的艺术性。
我们知道，《志在四方》创作于上世纪60年代初。
歌词原作者黄荣森是铁道兵某师文工团团员，改词作者韩志是铁道兵工程学院的老师，而曲作者则是著名作曲家、铁道兵歌舞团团长郑志洁，音乐舞蹈史诗《东方红》第五场的音乐总监就是他。
这首歌的歌词抑扬顿挫，生动形象，文采飞扬。
曲调既昂扬激越，又优美流畅。
当年这首歌一问世就获得全军文艺汇演优秀作品奖，1962年4月21日在《铁道兵》报文艺版发表，7月在中央人民广播电台《每周一歌》栏目播出，获得很高评价。
在随后的岁月里，许多著名歌唱家如邓玉华、刘秉义、李双江、王珍、韩磊等，都先后演唱过。
就在2015年10月7日，中央电视台播出的“非常星发布”节目中，歌唱家郁钧剑还演唱了这首歌曲，他对着现场和电视机前的观众说：“我们年轻时，这是一首很流行的歌曲哟！”坐在电视机前的我顿时感慨万分。
郁钧剑是我的老朋友，第二天，我就给他发了一条短信，表达了我作为一个“老铁”的感激之意。
第二，这首歌具有很强的战斗性。
相比它的艺术性，这一点更有价值，更值得称道。
古今中外，凡是军歌，都有一个共同的属性，就是它的战斗精神，它鼓舞士气的作用。
大家很熟悉的就是二战时期的苏联歌曲。
这类歌，寄托着战士的理想，表达着他们的爱恨，抒发着他们的情怀，记录着他们的辉煌，印证着他们的人生。

他们的豪情、他们的业绩，他们创先争优的崇高思想品质和百折不挠的精神，为我们树立了光辉典范，让我们懂得了什么是雷锋精神，什么是无私奉献，什么是人生的辉煌。

我现今的居所，就身处在这个中国最大都市的一个主要火车站旁，每夜我的耳膜都把我载上一列不明去向的火车，我躺在黑暗里的床上仿佛正在被列车带离荒野，对茫茫的未 知旅途我满怀贪恋，梦想着穿越无数个幽深隧道之后在晨曦里惊现的辽远草原。
记忆至深的依旧是火车发动前喷吐的粗重浓雾，高昂锐利的汽笛，以及那瞬息里轻微的车厢摇晃，此刻我总是不可遏制的迷惘和忧伤。火车从站台的出发就像是一尾孤独的鱼 沉入无垠叵测的海洋。火车于我而言，已经绝不是一种乘载的交通工具，他如我亲密的伙伴在不断承载搬运着我的生命。往昔记忆里的那些情节、温度、颜色、气息和种种岁月的 投影似乎在火车之内逼真得一次次还原、复活和强壮起来，连接成生活里所有的真切片段。我一次次用内心去追逐一列列火车，而我却像一粒沙土，被它一次次抛向荒芜的虚无之 中。于我而言，火车是深刻的伤感意象，苦楚与酸涩、怅惘与阴寒流转着生命的消逝与失落。车轮与轨道迸发出“咣—咣”的声响，空洞、单调而激烈，响的人心全是孤单、凄惶 与迷茫。身在疾驰的火车之上，看到花开花谢，河流地奔涌不息，山川丛林的四季转换。

《铁道兵志在四方》伴随我成长《铁道兵志在四方》伴随我成长在铁道兵三十六团杭甬禾三地部分战友联谊活动上，四十四位战友齐声引吭高歌《铁道兵志在四方》。
“背上了那个行装扛起那个枪，雄壮的那个队伍浩浩荡荡……..”老战友们眼里噙着泪花，唱着当年的战歌，犹如回到了那战斗的年代。
苍白的双鬓是岁月留下的痕迹，红润的两颊是幸福晚年的标记。
嘹亮的歌声在美丽的南湖之滨上空飘荡，铁道兵的经历清晰地浮现在我的眼前，我的思绪随着歌声回到了四十五年前的1962年。
我是1961年入伍的，入伍后在浙江梅城修建杭（州）兰（溪）铁路的富春江大桥。
当时正是三年自然灾害期间，桥未建成，杭兰铁路工程就下马了。
62年春天，部队移师江西南昌郊县，担任修建为运输战备物资铀矿石铁路——向乐线的任务。
在部队，队列歌曲是每天要唱的。
军人集会前要唱、开饭前要唱、连队点名前要唱、在电影场上更是要唱，以连队为单位互相拉歌，歌声此起彼伏，掌声、笑声连成一片。
歌声是军旅生活中一道亮丽的风景，歌声使我们忘却了一天疲劳。
62年的时候，我所在的部队唱的军旅歌曲主要是战斗歌曲：《我是一个兵》、《说打就打》、《我擦好了三八枪》等。
反映铁道兵生活的歌曲很少，我记得只有一首《我是个铁道兵》：“我是个铁道兵嗬嗨，移山填海称英雄嗬嗨…….火车汽笛高声唱，从边疆唱到北京城嗬嗨嗬嗨。
”虽然歌曲的旋律类似劳动号子，但这是我们铁道兵自己的歌曲，唱起来感到十分亲切，也非常喜欢。
62年秋天，铁道兵报发表了由黄荣森作词作曲的《铁道兵志在四方》，我们这几位从学校里参军的战友（参军前，我是高中二年级的学生，在当时的连队里，也算是一个有文化的“秀才”了），就按谱学唱了：“背上了那个行装扛起那个枪，长长的那个队伍浩浩荡荡……”我们越唱越兴奋，就请示指导员要在连队里教唱。
当时担任教唱任务的葛志有也是我们嘉兴籍的战友，很快这首歌曲就成了我们连队的主唱歌。
在电影场上拉歌，我们就唱起了《铁道兵志在四方》，当时营里其他连队都还没有教唱这首歌，我们非常自豪地唱着，兄弟连队的战友也投来羡慕的眼光，歌声一停，全场报以热烈的掌声！63年夏天，铁道兵兵部创作组来到我们连队蹲点搞创作，组长是马驰（军衔少校），组员有一位是姓温的大尉，另一位就是铁道兵文工团歌舞团团长郑志洁大尉。

嘿，咱就来说说这亿万铁路和我的那些事儿吧。
我记得有一次，那可真是让我印象深刻极了。
我坐着火车去旅行，一路上那风景可美啦，大片大片的田野从眼前掠过。
我旁边坐着个特别有趣的大叔，一路上跟我唠嗑，什么都讲，就像认识了很久的朋友一样。
火车轰隆隆地往前开，就像我的生活也在不断向前。
我看着窗外，思绪也飘得老远老远。
突然，火车经过了一个弯道，那一瞬间我感觉整个世界都倾斜了一下，哎呀呀，可把我吓了一跳呢，心都砰砰直跳。
但随即又觉得好有意思啊，感觉像是经历了一场小小的冒险。
这么多年来，火车来来去去，我也跟着成长。
每一次坐火车的经历都是那么独特，有时候遇到吵闹的小孩子，有时候碰到热情的旅人，有时候则是自己一个人静静享受着那一路的风景。
亿万铁路啊，真的就像一条时光的纽带，串联起我的过去和未来。
现在想想，铁路真的是见证了我的许多呀，从年少时的好奇到如今的成熟，我和它一起走过了那么多日子。
未来，我也还会继续在这铁路上，走向更多更远的地方，去经历更多属于我的故事。

我为啥会有这个心愿呢？这得从我的一次旅行说起。
那一次，我和家人坐火车去远方探亲。
火车慢悠悠地行驶在铁轨上，窗外的风景像幻灯片一样不断变换。
我好奇地盯着窗外的铁轨，心想这铁轨到底是谁设计的呢？它们就像忠诚的卫士，默默地守护着火车的安全运行。
我觉得铁路工程师可太酷了。
他们就像魔法大师，在荒郊野外、崇山峻岭之间勾勒出铁路的线条。
也许有人会说：“铁路工程师多辛苦啊，天天在外面风吹日晒的。
”嘿，我还就不怕这个。
我觉得能看着自己设计的铁路通车，那感觉肯定倍儿爽。
就像自己种下的小树苗，长成了参天大树一样。
我想象着自己成为一名铁路工程师后的场景。
我可能会戴着安全帽，拿着图纸，在工地上和工人们一起忙碌。
“嘿，老张，这个桥墩的位置得再精确一点。
”我大声地喊着，就像一个指挥千军万马的将军。
我要把铁路修到那些偏远的山区，让那里的孩子们也能坐着火车，看看外面的世界。
可是啊，我也知道要成为一名铁路工程师可不容易。

我得学好数学、物理这些学科。
有时候我看着那些复杂的公式，头都大了。
