睢宁县2009—2010学年度第二学期高中英语学科教研工作计划睢宁县教育局教研室高中英语组一、指导思想按照市教研室高中英语教研工作的要求,结合我县中学英语教学实际,以《高中英语课程标准》为指导,紧紧围绕“有效课堂设计和教学资源有优化”进行研讨。

二、深入学习《英语课程标准》,探索英语高效课堂教学模式1、深入学习新课程理论及《高中英语课程标准》,切实转变教学观念。
在强化个体学习自觉性的基础上,组织部分骨干教师认真学习、交流,做到边学习、边研究、边实践、边总结。
2、深入开展以“如何提高课堂教学效率”为主题的理论学习和教学研究活动,探讨新授课、复习课、讲评课先进的教学模式,课堂上力争做到以下几点:(1)培养三课意识,即:领悟课标、明确课型、把握课堂。
(2)教学中三个符合:符合新课程思想,符合英语教育规律,符合高中生心理特征。
(3)倡导三个教学方式:快节奏、大容量、高密度。

睢宁县2009—2010学年度第二学期初中英语学科工作计划
一、指导思想
以江苏省《关于进一步规范中小学办学行为深入实施素质教育的意见》为指导,全面落实科学发展观,课堂教学坚持“导学—自悟”,课堂教学评价坚持“以学论教”,促学生学习方式转变,促教师教学方式转变。
加强学生自主学习能力的培养,鼓励启发式教学和参与式教学,努力提高我县初中英语学科教育教学质量。
二、具体要求
(一)每单元课时安排(9~10课时为宜)
Comic strip & Welcome to the unit:1 period;
Reading & V ocabulary: 3 periods;
Grammar: 2 periods;
Integrated skills: 1 period;
Study skills / Pronunciation: 1 period;
Main task—Checkout: 1 period;
说明:有1课时作为机动。
原则上每2周学完1个单元。
(二)课堂教学要求(试行)
①五分钟单词、对话比赛;②六分钟小组讨论预习中各自未能解决的问题;③十二分钟解答各小组提出的问题,质疑探究、拓展延伸(生生互动;师生互动;小组互动);④六分钟训练巩固;⑤十分钟达标测评;⑥六分钟预习安排。
说明:各项活动时间也可视情况作灵活调整。
附:
1、单词竞赛形式:①单词必答竞赛:随意指定某一组的学生,教师抽出单词卡片,要求该组学生迅速读出和拼出单词,每组10个左右单词为宜,以正确多少记分评定优胜。
②单词抢答竞赛:一般以难拼读的双音节和多音节词作为抢答内容,教师拿出单词卡片,会读的学生可以抢着站起来回答,起立多且读得正确的组为优胜。
③单词接龙竞赛:教师写一个单词在黑板上,各组叫一个学生上讲台,按单词首尾字母相接的原则,在黑板上写出尽可能多的单词,在1分钟内以所接单词的多少与正确与否判定成绩。
④单词默写竞赛:每组一个学生上讲台,要求学生默写某类别的单词(水果类、动物类、植物类、交通交通工具、学习用品等),以1分钟内默写出正确单词的个数计算成绩。
⑤音标开花竞赛:教师在黑板上写出一个元音,要求每组一个学生写出该元音的字母和字母组合,并尽量写出几个例词,以正确多少评定分数。
⑥组词比赛:教师在黑板上写出一个单词(如,
Christmas),要求各小组用这个单词中的每一个字母作为开头,写出尽可能多的单词,或将这个单词中的字母重新组成新单词,看哪组写得最多。
2、关于“限量计时”和“限时计量”对话比赛:
“限量计时”背诵对话的竞赛方法:教师分别叫各组学生上讲台,左右分站两边,进行两两对话背诵,计算每组完成对话的时间,以时间短、声音大、表达流畅为优胜。
(如Speak up 部分可这样操作)“限时计量”的一分钟对话竞赛。
各组(同一排)学生上讲台进行对话,通过学生自己创设的或教师创设的情景,学生可以把前面所学的对话串连起来,通过替换套用、重新组合,编排成新的对话。
一问一答算一句,计算成绩时根据一分钟内的句数加上所谈的内容来判定结果,对语音、语调则不必太多苛求。
(三)作业要求
1、交送作业最好当堂完成,不拖到课后。
2、Homework要少布置客观题,多布置些主观题或开放题,增强学生的探究意识,培养学生的创新能力。
要加强对学生翻译能力的培养。
每个学生都要准备一个小译本,对《练习册》、《补充练习》上的文章(或选一些浅的、趣味性强的且与本单元话题相关的文章)进行translate,同时要求学生将自己认为有用的语句(good sentences)记下来。
每两周,在课堂上组织学生开展好句翻译竞赛。
A组学生说出从阅读文章中摘录的句子,其它组学生将之翻译成中文,并分别给予记分鼓励。
初二下以后,还可要求学生运用近阶段积累的好句进行连句成文练习。
教师每周可按1、3、5……等座位的尾号收回小译本进行检查。
七年级学生每周安排2—3篇阅读;八年级学生每周安排3篇阅读;九年级学生可适当增加。
要注意分层要求(全译、部分译…)建议:将“同步学案”作为学生的homework。

(三)初三复习要求
1、分册分段复习(块状复习法。
共分“五个板块”)
第一板块:Words & phrases。
该板块将单元中单词和词组进行梳理,如按常用词、难词、同义词、反义词、词类、类别、常用词组等进行归类呈现(要科学使用word map),作部分展示,其余部分留给学生自行归纳整理或进行英汉互译等练习。
其次,将易混易错的词和词组的用法设计在一定的语境中,通过设问启迪的探究过程,引导学生辨别异同点并得出结论,或以填空补全的形式引导学生得出结论。
最后,设置运用题,通过配套练习使学生加深理解,熟练掌握。
第二板块:Patterns most in use。
该板块将单元中典型的表达句型集中呈现,并通过多种形式的练习让学生掌握英语基本句子结构,恰当利用本族语的正迁移作用。
如,通过设置“将下列英语句子译成汉语”、“请根据所给的词语提示将汉语句子译成
英语”、“请根据括号内的要求完成下列各句”、“请从方框中选择合适的单词完成下列句子”等练习,引导学生辨析、归纳掌握各种句型的表达,通过模仿操练达到理解,并在理解的基础上创造性地运用。
第三板块:Grammar.该板块将单元中涉及的语法项目设计成口、笔头的练习,在重新感知语言材料的基础上引导学生再次探究语言的内在规律,细化该语法项目的具体要点。
也可设置与该项语法相关的思考题,由学生自己预先梳理、总结有关语法知识,然后补全语法归类表(教师自己设计),得到一个条理化、系统化的知识网络。
第四板块:Function(功能意念项目)。
该板块先将单元中有关功能意念项目进行归纳梳理,把基本表达句型以A、B问答的微型对话形式直观地展示给学生,或者直接给出各对话的汉语意思,或者要求学生完成英语对话的翻译。
在此基础上通过创设情景,要求学生运用这些基本表达句型,以填空、补全句子或配对等形式完成对话或重新编写对话。
第五板块:Communication(交际话题项目)。
该板块将本单元话题项目的具体要求呈现给学生后,布置相关话题的写作任务,要求学生结合教材的内容,应用本单元所学words & phrases、patterns、grammar和function项目,联系自己的生活经历进行写作训练。
(此种复习形式应坚持“联前不联后”的原则)
2、按照“话题”进行复习。
将《牛津初中英语》教材中各单元的“话题”(相同的或相似的)归类到《课程标准》中的24个基本话题之下,以话题为牵引,归纳话题下的常用词汇,提炼话题下的功能句子,积累话题下的典型句型(patterns),梳理话题下的主要语法,训练话题下的书面表达,以清晰的思路整体归纳和系统复习初中阶段所学内容,形成完整的知识网络和框架,提高复习课教学效率。
建议:此项复习随同“初中英语听力口语自动化考试”时进行。
3、单项复习。
针对中考中的各种题型进行专项复习,适当做点套题,一定要注意重“评讲”。
