等电聚焦电泳原理
等电聚焦（IEF）电泳就是在凝胶中加入两性电解质，从而构成从正 极到负极pH逐渐增加的pH梯度，处在其中的蛋白分子在电场的作用下运 动，最后各自停留在其等电点的位置上，测出蛋白分子聚焦位置的pH值， 便可以得到它的等电点。

Why 2DE?
Only ―Proteomics‖ is the large-scale screening of the proteins of a cell, organism or biological fluid, a process which requires stringently controlled steps of sample preparation, 2-D electrophoresis, image detection and analysis, spot identification, and database searches. The core technology of proteomics is 2-DE. At present, there is no other technique that is capable of simultaneously resolving thousands of proteins in one separation procedure.
