浙江大学招收攻读博士学位研究生的规定根据《教育部关于做好2002年招收攻读博士学位研究生工作的通知》(国家教育部文件教学［2001］11号)的有关规定和精神，结合我校实际情况，制定本规定。一、总则（一）学校每年分两次（春季、秋季）招收攻读博士学位研究生（以下简称博士生），招生总规模按国家每年下达的招生计划执行。（二）招收博士生必须通过国家规定的考试或考核。选拔方式有公开招考、提前攻博、硕博连读及直接攻博。（三）博士生招生分国家计划内和计划外两类。计划内招收的博士生分定向培养和非定向培养两种；计划外招收的博士研究生分委托（联合）培养和自筹经费培养等。（四）在同等条件下，学校优先录取委托培养的博士研究生。（五）博士研究生的录取工作按照“德智体全面衡量、择优录取、保证质量、宁缺毋滥”的原则进行。二、公开招考（一）公开招考含义公开招考是指学校面向社会招生，并组织入学考试，从考生中择优选拔博士生的方式。
