管理(manage)是社会组织中,为了实现预期的目标,以人为中心进行的协调活动。
它包括4个含义:1.管理是为了实现组织未来目标的活动;2.管理的工作本质是协调;3.管理工作存在于组织中;4.管理工作的重点是对人进行管理。
管理就是制定,执行,检查和改进。
制定就是制定计划(或规定、规范、标准、法规等);执行就是按照计划去做,即实施;检查就是将执行的过程或结果与计划进行对比,总结出经验,找出差距;改进首先是推广通过检查总结出的经验,将经验转变为长效机制或新的规定;再次是针对检查发现的问题进行纠正,制定纠正、预防措施。
