?在朗读过程中，考生要声音响亮，发音准确，语调自然，注意句和句之间的停顿，并根据句中的语意群进行合理的停顿。朗读过程中要控制语速，不要求快。因为太快并不能给考官留下口语流利的印象，反而可能造成吞音等现象，适得其反。

2019年高考英语报考门槛教育部门：是谣传 “英语，将成为一张通行证，报考各类高校时将设报考门槛线，2017 年6月起施行……”日前，郑州市一位家长向本报反映，这几天，这 个名为“教育部最新通知”的消息在各个学校家长群里传疯了。该通 知究竟是真是假?记者实行了核实。 传言：明年高考，各大学要求英语达到“级别”? “这两天，学校家长群里一直都在传明年高考英语设报考门槛线，据说还是教育部的最新通知，不知道是真的还是假的。”昨日，郑州 市民郝先生告诉记者。 记者通过郝先生了解到，这则通知名为“英语将成为一张通行证 英语改革教育部最新通知2017年6月施行”。其中，不但介绍了高考 总分660分，采取“3+3”模式、不分文理科;还谈及高考英语仅允许 考两次，选分，考试时间定在每年1月和6月，考试方法为笔试+口语 对话。 此外，通知还特别强调“英语报考门槛线”——985大学要求英语成绩达到A级以上，即分数高于135分，这样才有报考资格;211大学 要求英语成绩达到B级(120分以上);非211一本要求C级以上(105分 以上)才能报名…… “英语单科150分，与语文和数学同等都是150分，英语成绩不好，一票否决报考资格。随着英语改革的到来，英语实际使用水平变 得越来越重要了!”通知中这样写道。 核实：跟我省高考改革方案不符，系谣传 这样的通知是真是假?很多家长表示不敢确定。有家长怀疑：“给 英语这么高的待遇，超过语文和数学?不太可能吧!” 还有家长分析，这或许是一些培训机构故意放出的消息，因为临 近寒假，意在怂恿一些家长给孩子报寒假英语补习班。
记者就此向省招办核实了解到，近期其从未收到过这样的通知，而且高校设置英语分数门槛是不太可能的。 另外，今年8月23日，省教育厅曾召开新闻通气会，发布河南省深化考试招生制度改革方案。通气会上明确，2018年，我省才会启动普通高校考试招生制度综合改革。即，从2018年秋季入学的普通高中一年级学生开始启动改革。这些学生未来高考时，不分文理科，外语科目提供两次考试机会，考试科目由现行的3+文综、理综，改为 “3+3”。 家长们所收到的通知却显示“2017年6月施行”，由此可见，这与省教育厅发布的改革方案不符。 就英语改革问题，我省深化考试招生制度改革方案中确实提到，改革后外语提供两次考试机会，增加听力考试内容。 至于两次机会如何提供?省教育厅通报，将会在随后制定普通高校考试招生制度综合改革方案时明确。 记者注意到，该通知特别强调“英语成绩不好，一票否决报考资格”。而我省高考改革方案中明确将更加注重高中生的过程性评价和课内外综合评价。所谓过程性评价就是由原来的“一考定终身”，变为现在的外语多考。这里更加证明该通知是谣传。

The number of trees larger than two feet across has declined by 50 percent on more than 46,000 square miles of California forests, the new study finds. In the Sierra high country, the number of big trees has fallen by more than 55 percent; in parts of southern California the decline was nearly 75 percent.
