Unit2This is my sister. Section B 2a-2c课后反思各位专家，老师，大家好，下面是我的课后反思首先我说一下本节课的收获：1、本节课我通过看视频和介绍全家福调动学生参与活动的积极性，激发学生的认知兴趣和探究欲望。

2、课上训练形式我侧重于学生的交际能力培养。

笔头练习活动要与口头活动结合起来。

应充分设计不同层次活动，设计不同层次的问题，以此来迎合不同层次学生的需求，让不同层次的学生都能开口。

实现了每一位学生的有效学习，进行有针对性的教学，对那些每上课已能完成作业的学生或上了课却完全听不懂、听不懂、看不明白新课内容的学生也有事可做，也能在课堂上学到新东西。

3、本节课我正确地使用教材，用英语来组织教学，给学生营造一个学习语言的氛围，给学生创造更多的机会锻炼自己。

利用多种教学手段采用不同的形式激发学习的兴趣，培养良好的听说习惯。

4、最终，学生通过体验、感知、实践、操练、游戏等方式发展了听说读写的综合语言技能，使阅读课不再枯燥。

下面我说一下本节课存在的不足1、在设计不同层次的教学活动中，没有注意语言运用的多样化，表情太过于严肃，导致一部分学生没发挥好他们的水平2、教师上课的肢体语言不太丰富。

3、在听后环节，老师控制性训练过多针对以上我讲课中存在的不足，我准备从以下几方面改进：第一,尽快提高自身素质，丰富自己的肢体语言，拉近与学生间的距离，使课堂气氛自然融洽。

第二,课前准备要充分，做到有备无患。

第三,在以后的课堂中要多采用一些活动，争取做到让学生在“乐中学”。

第四,要采取积极措施，提高课堂的有效性。

在今后的教学生涯中，我还需要潜心学习，吸收各家之所长，多反思，多总结。

关注最新的教学动态，了解最新的教学理念，在观察对比，反思修正的过程中使自己的教学更合理，从而不断提升自我，不断创新。
