RMARMA是Return Material Authorization的英文缩写,即退料审查。

是处理用户不良产品退货、换货的主要流程。

当用户所使用某产品或部件不能正常工作时,将发起一个RMA流程,首先用户必须填写RMA申请单,然后RMA 的处理人员将对该RMA申请进行审查,例如是否在保修期内等,然后分配一个RMA号给该申请单。

并有3种处理方式,一种是换货,通知用户寄回RMA件,确认收到后寄出新的产品或部件(有时,也可能先寄出新货品),同时寄出发票(有金额或无金额,红字发票冲账,新开发票按再销售处理),新品发货走正常订单处理流程,退回的RMA件做入库处理;第二种方式是退货,退回货物后付钱或增加信用余额,同时走红字发票冲账。

第三种方式是维修,收到RMA件入库后,开出维修通知单或服务通知单,在维修完成、服务确认后,发货或用户取货时,再做收款和财务处理。

RMA从财务的角度过程清晰,计算简单。

从品质管理的角度,处理速度块,客户满意度高。

在企业中,有时还要走对供应商的RMA处理,只是过程刚好相反。

一组RMA 代表一组资讯,其中包括识别编号(ID)、状态、和一些与退回者、退回主旨等相关的说明资讯。

就成本管理层面,系统提供完备的整合与稽核。

当维修和替换业所衍生的供应料品,使得成本议题更形复杂,特别是当您考虑到原来的客户订单资讯不存在或是不能与配销模组直接连结时,或者原先的料品维修是委外作业而配销模组并不能与外包管理模组直接连结时。

RMA是出货产品经过客户使用后发现问题(软件硬件功能,外观等质量)而退回给生产商的产品工序,这个工序包括产品维修,产品的升级,产品的维修报告和记录,还有当前状态指示和整体流程。

RMA:在一些知名大公司是起到举足轻重的作用,特别是一些EMS公司,RMA的存在是必然的也是重要的,对生产商来说是可以起到一个减少生产工艺问题,对客户的负责,自身的商业价值提高。

If you do not have ESD bags, PC Boardsshall be placed in an ESD static shielded bag, then wrapped in Anti-static foam / bubble wrap. (referencepage 3 of this process)3.1.2.T he part number needs to be on the outside of each bag.3.1.3.B oards with the same part number can be placed in a box or larger bag (as long as boards are in individualESD bags first). The part number and quantity should be on the outside of the box / bag. If the box is toobig for the quantity of boards, use antistatic foam to fill empty space.3.2.Metalwork must be wrapped to prevent damage. No metal on metal. For more detail on how to pack heatsinks and bulky assemblies, reference page 4 of this process.3.3.Flex assemblies and delicate cables shall be shipped in anti-static plastic/foam trays if available4.All parts need to be clearly marked with the part number and quantity on the outside of the box or bag.
