首届广州市小学英语教师才艺演讲比赛(番禺赛区)方案一、指导思想为进一步践行国家《英语课程标准》倡导的课程理念,全面提升和展示我区小学英语教师教学技能和综合素质,促进小学英语教师专业化队伍的建设,现拟组织我区小学英语教师参加由广州市小学英语教研会举办的首届广州市小学英语教师才艺演讲比赛,并以此为契机,促进全区小学英语教师的相互交流与学习,推动我区小学英语教师的专业成长与发展。

二、比赛日期、地点2011年10月14日(暂定);地点(待定)三、参赛对象番禺区范围内(含社会力量办学学校)小学英语在职教师,以镇街为单位选派优秀人员参加区级比赛。

四、参赛名额根据各镇街师生人数比例分配参赛名额,具体如下:五、报名办法以教师自愿参加为原则,镇街为单位报名,于10月9日前通过OA系统把报名表(见附件一)发给区教研室凌顺诗。

本次比赛不收任何费用。

六、比赛形式及要求自选才艺、命题演讲及针对演讲内容回答问题。

1、才艺表演:要用英语,时间不超过3分钟。

内容健康向上,反映参赛选手教师的审美情趣和艺术感受;尊重中西方文化差异,语言地道,突出体现教师的英语口语水平。

形式可多样化,如诗歌、故事、歌曲、课本剧、小品等,也可以通过乐器、舞蹈等形式表现自己的风采。

2、命题演讲与回答题要求:当场抽签演讲主题,准备5分钟后进行演讲,演讲时间不超过3分钟。

演讲结束后由评委提一个基于演讲内容的问题,由选手作答,提问和回答时间不超过一分钟。

3、参赛顺序安排通过抽签决定,赛场只提供麦克风、电脑、投影、音响,其他道具及表演器材由参赛者自备。

4、评分表见附件二。

七、评奖方案区将设一等奖5名,二等奖8名;三等奖13名,由区教研室授予证书,并将按得分高低在一等奖获得者中推荐若干名教师参加市级比赛。

六、比赛具体流程〈一〉初赛初赛以学院为单位进行,由各学院老师和同学选出至少一名选手参加外国语学院的复赛。

初赛在8日前结束。

二复赛复赛以外国语学院为单位,评委由外院老师和学生会学习部成员共同组成。

经过初赛的选拔,我们会选出11名优秀选手参加全校决赛。

复赛时间暂定x月9号。

〈三〉决赛复赛在5号楼53举行,评委由外院老师及外教组成。

复赛日期暂定11月12号。

评分标准:1、内容要求:主题鲜明,内容清楚、结构清晰、中心突出,合理展开、阐释充分、证据相关、逻辑性强,内容生动、不枯燥,能吸引听众注意力。

我给大家讲个真实的故事,去年我们班来了一个男孩,他的名字叫-刘磊,他看上去是那样的沉默寡言,没有同龄孩子的活泼与开朗,在上课的时候不敢大声的回答问题,当我让他到前面做对话的时候他甚至都大哭了一场,连看大家一眼都不敢,声音低的就像在说耳语一样,我深知这是他对自己没有信心并且缺乏必要的鼓励所造成的。

所以,后来我每次上课都给他表现的机会,并且每次我都鼓励他说:Jake 你这次比上次有进步,同时我也让全班的同学一起为他鼓掌,我也告诉他的妈妈在家也多鼓励孩子,只要看到他的进步就表扬他,一天一天的过去了,我惊喜的发现孩子真的进步了,现在他能主动举手回答问题,主动的参与游戏,成绩也有了很大的提高。

他妈妈很高兴的告诉我他的孩子有进步了,每次从中信放学后总是喋喋不休的跟她说他学到了什么,并且成绩也是大幅度提高,我作为他的老师真的为他的进步而兴奋,我体会到了空前的成就感!这种成就感是任何东西都代替不了的。
