二、存量房买卖是一种民事法律行为,买卖双方签订本合同之前,应当阅读并了解本合同内容。

三、本合同所称存量房专指已经依法取得房屋所有权证和国有土地使用权证的房屋。

四、本合同文本中的固定格式不容删改,提示性文字的选择、补充性文字的添加,应当由买卖双方自行约定。

合同生效以后,选定的提示性文字或添加的补充性文字内容视为双方同意内容。
