产品在模具中成型后，应以特定的方式从模具的一侧推出。
在这一过程中，产品不会变形，不能满足成型要求，“发白”和粘滞现象。
这个特殊的装置是弹射系统。
此外，当模具关闭时，该装置必须能够在不干扰模具其他部件的情况下返回到弹射前的原始位置，以便进行重复成形加工。
在设计顶出系统时，模具设计者首先需要确定制品的留模形式，顶出系统必须建立在所滞留的模具部分中，通常，由于注塑机的顶出系统是设计在动模板一侧，因此绝大多数模具的顶出系统时安装在动模中的为了提高效率，缩短周期，实现自动化，不仅需要顺利脱模，还需要对浇口中点的塑料有一种特定的脱模方法。
顶出系统的要求就是在规定的时间内将制品不变形且准确的进行脱模。
考虑因素（一）顶出行程：一般规定顶出产品与模具分离5~10mm，有些简单，脱模坡度大筒形制品，可使行程为制品深度的2/3。
不要太长，因为顶杆很细，行程长，容易损坏顶杆。
（二）必须在顶出系统中设置复位杆（返回杆），以帮助顶出器返回。
顶出过程中，顶杆垫板承受很大的顶出压力，强度和刚度不足时，易弯曲变形影响顶杆运动，注意螺丝联接（需从垫板向固定板拧入）避免发生扳手空间不足的困难。
（三）顶杆顶部与型芯（或型腔）平面的关系理论上应处于同一平面，为模具制造与装配简便，实际中大多顶杆的端面超过或降低型芯（或型腔）平面0.05~0.1mm，与设计者协商，取得制品内表面有凸台与凹坑的允许（四）顶杆的形状和尺寸选择除非制品形状限定必须使用其它形状的顶杆外，一般选用圆柱形，且避免采用直径小于3mm的细长顶杆。
增加顶出面积的方法（五）支持由于顶杆固定板和垫板尺寸较大，使动模垫板之间的跨度加大，在较高的注射压力下，动模垫板可能玩去变形，导致顶杆运动不畅或卡死，除了用增加动模垫板的厚度来增强其刚度外，还可在动模固定板与垫板之间设置支撑柱。
（六）定位和引导在制品产量大，或顶出行程长，同时使用较细的顶杆，以及使用顶管顶出并在动模固定板装有细长芯子时，为保护顶杆（或长芯子）使其运动平稳，顶出系统需要设置导向装置，并且在动模板与垫条以及动模固定板之间装有定位销钉，以保证位置精度（七）弹射位置制品凡是有塑料包围钢件的地方，脱模都会困难，这是因为塑料熔体冷却后的收缩应力而产生对钢件的“抱紧”现象所导致的，故这些地方（筋、柱）都应重点考虑喷射器的分类一、圆顶杆，易加工，最普通，最简单的标准件，顶杆需淬火处理，获得足够的轻度和耐磨性。

浇注系统设计
浇注系统(gating system)设计是注射模 (injection mold)设计中最重要的问题之一。浇注系统 是引导塑料熔体从注塑机喷嘴(nozzle )到模具型腔 (cavity)为止的一种完整的输送通道。它具有传质、传 压、传热的功能，对塑件质量具有决定性的影响。 浇注系统控制着塑件注塑成型过程中充模与补料 两个阶段，设计合理与否，影响着模具的整体结构 及其工艺操作的难易程度。

由于主流道与注塑机的高温喷嘴反复接触和 碰撞，所以将主流道部分设计成独立的主流道衬套 (主流道做在主流道衬套里面），选用优质钢材制作 并经热处理提高硬度。（主流道贯穿几块模板时， 必须采用主流道衬套）
在注塑件的设计中，应该将塑料件的型腔和注射 模具的浇注系统作统一考虑，作流变学和传热学的 分析，在以下两方面避免塑料件形状和尺寸的不良 设计。
⑴ 保证注射充模时熔体具有合理的剪切速率。 塑料熔体在模具的通道间隙中剪切速率应为 103～104s-1。过低充模速率会使熔体流动性变差。过 高的剪切速率，在型腔内会出现湍流或涡流；会产 生熔体喷射并且破碎，将成型废次塑料件。熔体在 模内流动应是雷诺数很低的层流。

2.冷料井类型和结构
每次注射的前锋冷料不能进入型腔，因此需设 计储存前锋冷料的机构——冷料井 主流道把熔体输送到分流道，须有特殊装置在 开模时将冷却后的主流道凝料拉出。 （1）冷料井底部带推料杆的冷料井 （2）带球形头拉料杆的冷料井 （3）无拉料杆冷料井

冷料井： 通常设置在主流道和分流道转 变处的末端。
功能是“捕捉”和贮存熔料前锋的冷料。 冷料井也经常起拉勾流道凝料作用。
浇注系统通常由主流道（ Sprue） 、 分流道（ Runner ） 、浇口（ Gate ） 、冷 料井（ Cold slug well ）几部分组成。

一.主流道（Sprue） 指注塑机喷嘴到分 流道为止的那一段流道。
熔融料首先通过主流道。
主流道与注塑机喷嘴在同一轴心线上，物料在 主流道中不改变方向。
⑵ 保证型腔的充模压力
塑料熔体的压力传递能力较差，经各流程的流道 和浇口，压力逐渐下降会使注射到塑料件型腔的 熔体压力不足。进入塑料件型腔的熔体压力应有 （250～500）×105Pa。为此,一方面浇注系统的 流道要有足够的截面尺寸。一方面塑料件型腔流 程不能太长太薄，致使料流末端压力的不足，造 成塑料件密度低，收缩率大。严重的甚至不能注 满。因此，必须由各种塑料熔体的流程比来校核 塑料件的壁厚。
浇注系统设计原则
⒈ 应有流道压降和温度分布的均衡布置。
⒉尽量减小及缩短浇注系统的断面及长度。 ⒊ 浇口位置的选择，应避免产生湍流和涡流、喷射 及蛇行流动，有利于排气、补缩。
⒋ 避免高压熔体对型芯和嵌件产生冲击，防止变形 和位移。 ⒌ 浇注系统凝料脱出方便可靠，易于塑料件分离或切 除整修容易，且外观无损伤。 ⒍ 熔合缝位置须合理安排，必要时配以冷料井或溢料 槽。 7. 浇注系统应达到所需精度和粗糙度

二.分流道(Runner) ：指主流道末端与至浇口的整 个通道。 分流道的功能是使熔体过渡和转向。 单型腔模具中分流道是为了缩短流程。
多型腔模具中分流道分配物料。 通常有一级分流道和二级分流道，甚至多级分流 道组成
非平衡式布置
浇口：连接分流道和型腔的桥梁，是浇注系 统中最薄弱最关键的环节。 浇口类型与尺寸、浇口位置与数量便 成为浇注系统设计的关键。
模具型腔压力周期
将模具型腔内压力对时间作图，就得到模具压力 周期，一般将周期分为充模、补料、倒流、浇口封闭 后冷却四个阶段。

现熔接痕的地方強度也会较差。
主流道设计
主流道的作用是把熔体送到分流道或型腔。 在卧式或立式 注塑机用模具中， 主流道垂直于分型 面。
为便于流道凝 料拔出， 将主流道 设计成具有2▫～ 4▫ 锥角的圆锥形，内 壁有Ra=0.4μm以下 的粗糙度，在内壁 研磨和抛光时应注 意抛光方向。
主流道与喷嘴接触处应作成半球形的凹坑， 二者应严密配合，避免高压熔体的溢出。
分流道截面形状设计
圆形截面
优点：流道形状效率较高，可达0.25D。 缺点：增加制作费用及成本，稍不 注意会造成流道交错而影响流动效 率。
六角形截面
其面积仅为圆形流道的82%，
是最理想的浇道，但是制造不易，
通常不考虑使用。
梯形截面
面积比圆形流道多出39%，更加浪费，但是与 圆形流道相比的唯一优点是制造简便。
最常见的——带Z型头拉料杆的冷料井
Z型头拉料杆的根部固定在推出板上
与Z型头拉料杆冷料井同类型的还有倒锥形 冷料井 和圆环槽冷料井
这两种形式宜用于成 型弹性较好的材料

分流道设计 流道的截面形状会影响到塑料在浇道中 的流动以及流道內部的熔融塑料的体积。
U形截面
又称改良式梯形流道，結合圆形与梯型的优点改良 而成，面积仅比圆形流道多出14%。
矩形截面
流道效率与圆形相当，但面 积却比圆形流道多出27%， 增加了射出废料，而且会造
成顶出力量增加的现象。
多型腔分流道的布置
多型腔分流道的布置有平衡式和非平衡 式两类 平衡式布置即从主流道到各型腔的分流 道和浇口其长度、形状、断面尺寸都是 对应相等的布置。
