本周在穴坊中心中学上了一节英语展示课，上完课后，各位老师对我的课进行了点评，让我受益良多。
现反思如下：
1、课前没有与学生交流，导致学生不能主动与老师互动，完成教学任务。
以后要加上课前Greeting环节，比如询问学生What’s your favorite animal? How’s the weather ？，以此拉近师生距离，促进教学活动的实现。
2、学生对pair-work以及group-work 流程不知如何进行，没有提前找学生示范小组合作。
以后在教学中一定会请volunteer 帮助一起展示教学流程，帮助学生掌握知识。
3、由于多媒体安装时间过长，设备老化，导致Survey表格颜色不清晰，对学生产生困惑，以后会将survey 表格画在黑板上，然后让学生使用投影仪来展示调查报告，以此激发学生兴趣。
4、课堂参与度不高，只是提问部分好学生，对后进生重视不够，以后会对学生按小组提问，每一组四名学生，编号1,2,3,4，回答对问题的学生，分别加1,2,3,4,分，以此吸引后进同学参与课堂，让他们体会成功的喜悦。
5、语速过快，有的学生不适应，以后再展示重难点，如最高级est,比较级er等语法时，一定放慢语速，让学生听的明明白白，提高教学成绩。
6、指令过多，用英语说完指令后，在用汉语说一遍指令，分散了学生的注意力，同时是学生厌烦，以后简单的问题发指令，如Yes or No,复杂的问题用汉语解释，让学生按指令参与活动。
7、在小组合作练习对话时，屏幕上只展示了简单的英语，应该使用图片展示词组，如go shopping ,visit the museum 等，以此来激发学生实践的热情.
8、学生的口语有待提高，应该加上录音机跟读这一环节，让学生纠正语音语调，在考试的听力部分保证少失分。
9、没有writing 设计，弱化了学生的写作能力，应该写一个与vacation有关的作文，然后投影仪展示，完成新课标要求的英语谢作能力的提高。
10、由于使用了多媒体，没有到下面巡视学生，导致课堂秩序较差，同时学生碰到问题也无法解决，弱化了教学效果，以后要多巡视课堂。
11、重难点内容没有板书，因此学生对本课的重难点认识不清晰，应该让学生sum up what we have learned,然后板书复习知识点。
最后一点，课堂教学手段必须不断更新，用灵活多样的教学方法，组织学生进行广泛的语言实践活动，通过多种手段激发学生实践的热情，加强对学生学习英语的兴趣的培养，让学生变兴趣为参与实践的动力，为语言实践活动提供源源不断的动力。
