浅谈高炉渣处理工艺

摘要:高炉渣的处理方法有多种, 其中包括渣池法(平流沉淀池法)、底滤法、因巴法(i nba)法、图拉法(嘉恒轮法)及名特法(搅笼法)等。本文主要对这几种不同的渣处理方法的工艺及特点进行了对比分析,认为沉淀过滤法工艺简单可靠、投资及运行成本较低;而机械过滤方式虽然投资及运行费用稍高,但其自动化集成度高,水渣可由皮带机连续输送,较适合大型高炉的应用。

abstract: the processing method of blast furnace slag is multiple, including slag pool (advection sedimentation tank method), the bottom filter method, inba, tyna, and stir cage method. in this paper, the characteristics of each process is carried out comparative analysis, finding out that the precipitation filtration process is simple and reliable, and of low investment and operating costs; while the costs of investment and operation is slightly higher, the mechanical filter approach is suitable for the application on large blast furnaces for its high automation integration, water residue transported by belt conveyor.
