输入变量和检出元件输出信号之间的关系是固有的,不受外界影响而改变。

3.2.22 传感器transducer感受被测量,并按一定规律将其转换成同种或别种性质的输出量的仪表。

有许多不同形式的传感器,按其物理现象的性质有不同的名称,例如:温度传感器,位移、角度、速度、加速度传感器,重量、力、力矩传感器,物性传感器。

3.2.23 变送器transmitter输出标准信号的传感器。

变送器可加修饰语,如:温度变送器、压力变送器、差压变送器、流量变送器、液位变送器、物位变送器、位置变送器、转速变送器、电流变送器、频率变送器等。

3.2.24智能变送器smart transmitter装有微处理器的变送器,可对测量值进行数据处理(包括远程调校),输出标准模拟信号和/或数字信号,具有双向通信和自诊断能力的变送器。

3.2.25 计(表) meter测量和指示被测值的装置。

一般用指针或数字指示参数值的称“表”。

计(表)只能加修饰语使用,如流量计、棒式玻璃温度计、压力表。

3.2.26 显示仪表display instrument显示(指示、记录等)被测量值的仪表。

3.2.27 指示仪表indicator,indicating instrument指示被测量值或其他有关值的显示仪表。

3.2.28 记录仪表recorder,recording instrument记录被测量值或其他有关值的显示仪表。

3.2.29 积算仪表integrating instrument在任何时间,都能显示从某一规定时间到读数时间的被测变量累计值的显示仪表。

3.3 控制control对生产过程的设备(阀门、挡板、电动机、电磁阀等终端控制元件)进行的操作(开、关、启、停)。

3.3.1 自动控制automatic control无需人直接或间接操纵终端控制元件的控制。

3.3.2 手动控制manual control由人通过操纵机械机构或其他信号来操纵终端控制元件的控制。

3.3.3 开环控制open loop control输出变量不影响本身控制作用的控制。

除模拟开环控制外,还有逻辑和顺序控制等其他形式。

3.3.4闭环控制(反馈控制) closed loop control控制作用依赖于被控变量的控制。

3.3.5 定值控制control with fixed set—point又称固定设定点控制。

使被控变量保持基本恒定的反馈控制。

3.3.6 变定值控制control with variable set—point使被控变量的定值按要求变化的反馈控制。

3.3.7 前馈控制feedforward control将一个或多个对被控变量的状态有影响的信息转换成反馈回路以外的附加作用的控制。

这种附加控制作用使被控变量与预期值的偏差减至最小。

此附加作用可施加在开环或闭环控制上。

3.3.8 串级控制cascade control主环控制器的输出变量是另一个或多个辅环控制器的参比变量的控制。

3.3.9 两位控制two—position control根据输入信号的大小及变化方向,输出只有开或关两个位置的控制。

3.3.10 模糊控制fuzzy control将输入信号的精确量转化为模糊量,经过模糊推理和判决,输出精确量的控制。

3.3.11 自适应控制adaptive control采用自动的方法改变控制规律或(和)设定参数等,以改善控制系统性能的控制。

3.3.12 最优控制optimal control在规定的限度下,使性能指标达到最优的控制。

3.3.13 自校正控制self—tuning control对过程的当前性能与期望的或最优的性能进行比较,自动地校正控制器整定参数的控制。

3.3.14 逻辑控制logic control通过逻辑运算由开关量输入信号产生开关量输出信号的控制。

3.3.15 顺序控制sequential control一种实现某一系列顺序动作要求的控制。

3.3.16 直接数字控制direct digital control(DDC)用计算机代替常规控制器及控制装置,直接对生产过程进行的控制。

直接数字控制是计算机控制的一种方式,它一般作为多级计算机控制系统的第一级,用微型计算机或微处理器来实现;并常由上位计算机按最优工况来计算和设定系统的给定值。

3.3.17 自动控制系统automatic control system由被控对象和控制装置所构成的,能够对被控对象的工作状态进行自动控制的系统。

控制装置和被控对象之间的相互联系和相互作用构成自动控制系统的运动。

这种运动一般可近似地用数学方法来描述(即数学模型),亦可用电子计算机(数字机及模拟机)进行数学模拟,或将计算机与部分实际自动装置进行半实物模拟。

3.3.18 连续控制系统continuous control system输入量是连续量、输出量也是连续量的控制系统。

在这种系统中,不包含断续元件,各个组成元件的输出量都是输入量的连续函数。

3.3.19 断续控制系统discontinuous control system输入量是连续量或断续量,而输出量是断续量的控制系统。

系统中包含有断续元件,一般又可分成继电控制系统(包含继电器)和脉冲控制系统(包含脉冲元件)。

3.3.20 执行机构actuator,actuating element将控制信号变为相应运动的机构。
