专业的译员常常会面对不同的口音以及不同文化背景 的发言者,也常接受不同领域专业知识的挑战。因此, 训练者可以通过阅读英文报刊、杂志,观看或收听英 文原声电影、视频、广播和音乐等,广泛涉猎不同文 化、百科知识,听辨(泛听)来自不同区域的口音, 为自己成为一名合格的译员奠定坚实的基础。
一、信息复述训练
信息复述训练可以分三个步骤完成:1. 原语无笔记复 述;2. 原语有笔记复述;3. 有笔记译语复述。训练初 期,每节复述时间大约掌握在3~5分钟,然后逐步增 加以提高记忆训练强度。注意在开始阶段的时候不宜 采用复杂内容,或者书面的过于专业的文章进行训练。 训练初期强调所复述内容逻辑清晰,框架完整。任何 一种技能的掌握都有一个循序渐进的过程。每天最好 有1个小时以上的训练量并在训练过程中考核复述质 量。
