Coaching has become the new buzz word in the workplace. How do you motivate employees to go after ‘the ripest fruit’ or drive for the dream that seems beyond their grasp? One common theme in performance – someone acts in a certain way and they want to feel, think or behave differently. Having recognized that their current journey does not get them where they want to be, they need to alter the journey – and the coach is there as a partner to help them deliver the desired picture. Coaching is about ‘helping people to help themselves’. Do you have a coaching program at work? If not, could you be the one to set it up? Coaching for High Performance embrace a new aspect at a classic coaching program. It explores the idea of a collaborative partnership whereby both players – the manager (coach) and employee (coachee) – engage on a shared journey to ensure that the desired perfect picture is achieved. IAC九项教练精萃概述(中英文)(2012-04-15 08:31:20)转载▼分类:教练技术标签:iac教练技术精萃杂谈ICF(国际教练联合会)和IAC(国际教练协会)是目前世界上最大的两大教练组织,都是由Thomas J. Leonard所创建的。
ICF和IAC都提出了各自的教练能力标准,以建立行业标准,帮助推进教练行业在世界范围内的发展。
ICF提出的教练能力标准叫做“ICF11项教练能力”,IAC提出的叫做“IAC9项教练精萃”,目前已经有人把“ICF11项教练能力”翻译成中文,而互联网上我还没有看到中文版本的“IAC9项教练精萃”,因此我利用这个周末的休息时间,把“IAC9项教练精萃”翻译成中文,以方便国内的教练同仁门更容易的了解,也欢迎大家转载传播。
“ICF11项教练能力”与“IAC9项教练精萃”有很多相似的地方,同时也存在一些差异,我个人认为“IAC9项教练精萃”的标准要求更高,事实上IAC的CC(Cerificated Coach)认证难度比ICF的认证更难。

Advice on using cooperative learning effectively includes that groups are more effective when they are small (2-4members),heterogeneous (havedifferentperspectives and skills), have a group goal, and cannot accomplish the task by themselves (i.e., the goal is a single product signed by all group members). This exercise is designed to measure you level of satisfaction in each of these areas of your life on the day
you work through this exercise. It is not a picture of how things have been in the past, or what you want
it to be in the future. It is a snapshot taken in the moment. It is not a report card on how well you have
performed or what you have achieved. The emphasis is on your level of satisfaction with each area.
With the center of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge of the wheel as an ideal 10, rank your level of
satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge (see
example). The new perimeter of the circle represents your Wheel of Life.
