2019年高考英语全国卷1卷(附参考答案、听力材料)
普通高等学校招生全国统一考试（新课标全国I卷）英语试题注意事项：1.本试卷由四个部分组成。
其中，第一、二部分和第三部分的第一节为选择题。
第三部分的第二节和第四部分为非选择题，共12页。
满分150分。
考试时间120分钟。
2.答卷前，考生务必将自己的姓名、准考证号填写在答题卡上。
3.回答选择题时，选出每小题答案后，用2B铅笔把答题卡上对应题目的答案标号涂黑；回答非选择题时，将答案写在答题卡上，写在本试卷上无效。
4.考试结束后，将本试卷和答题卡一并交回第一部分听力(共两节，满分30分)做题时，先将答案标在试卷上。
录音内容结束后，你将有两分钟的时间将试卷上的答案转涂到答题卡上。

2019 年高考英语全国I 卷、II 卷听力命题评析及启示Part 1命题综述2019 年高考英语全国I 卷、II 卷均由听力、阅读理解、语言知识运用和写作四部分组成。
其中，听力旨在考查考生听懂英语口语的能力。
听力材料围绕“人与自我、人与社会和人与自然”三大主题语境选取。
话题丰富多样，与时俱进，场景贴近学生日常生活，很好地落实了新课标所倡导的立德树人的根本任务，充分体现了育人功能。
如全国I 卷Text 2 (健身课报名)引导学生关注生命健康、Text 10 (保护海鸟)倡导学生与自然和谐相处；全国II 卷所涉及的话题，如在书店购书( Text 1 )、辞职( Text 5 )、电话通知录用( Text 9 ) 等旨在关注学生文化意识的培养，对其未来的工作和生活具有积极的指导意义。
Part 2命题情况评析2019 年全国I 卷、II 卷听力部分均由两节组成：第一节为 5 段简短对话，第二节为 4 段中长对话和 1 段独白，共设有20 道小题，题型为三选一。
该部分要求考生听懂熟悉的有关日常生活话题的对话和独白。
考生应能：1. 理解主旨要义；2. 获取事实性的具体信息；3. 对所听内容作出简单推断；4. 理解说话人的意图、观点和态度。
具体考查情况分别见表 1 、表 2 所示：表 1 2019 年全国 I 卷高考听力试题属性统计就2019 年全国I 卷高考听力部分第一节而言，Text 1 —Text 5 为 5 段简短对话，除Text 3 为 1.5 轮次的对话外，其他均为 1 轮次的对话。
这5 段对话的词数在29 —38 词之间，总词量为162 词。
Text 1 —Text 5 共设有 5 道小题，考查点包括 1 个具体信息题、 3 个简单推断题和 1 个主旨要义题。
就听力部分第二节而言，Text 6 —Text 9 为 4 段中长对话，除Text 6 为3.5 轮次的对话外，其他三个均为 4 轮次的对话。
2019年高考全国卷Ⅰ英语点评解析
2019年高考全国卷Ⅰ英语点评解析一阅读理解A 篇A篇题目难度相较前几年十分稳定。
三道题都是细节出题。
信息检索指向明确。
21题是标准的“special/have in common”题目，正确答案直接原词复现，解题难度很低。
23题只是将原文中的“disability”与正确选项“disabled“词性转换，难度系数低。
B 篇B篇24题基本是送分题，定位对照可以直接做出来;25题猜词，文章语句结构提示非常明显;26题有明显的定位词，选项与原文做了同义替换，但strength并不是一个难词，因此难度也不大;27题作为主旨大意题更多是对词汇的考察。
C 篇C篇较B篇难度有所上升，但没有偏、难、怪题目出现。
28题需要带着题干的问题“why”扫读文章找到原文第二段的“gets around this problem”。
29题难度较大，选项“ vary from person to person”与原文第二段“unique to each person”做了同义替换。
31题较简单，读懂原文大意后(讲一个发明创造)，排除可选出D。
D 篇阅读四道题还是有梯度的。
32、34题为细节题，33题为段落大意，35题为全文主旨题。
32题全文第一句即可解题，“share“和正确选项”generous慷慨的“属于同义替换。
33题对于考生的词汇量也有考察。
classification 和category都有“分类、类别”之意。
这样的同义替换对于考生的词汇量是一个不小的考察。
35题主旨题的考察换言之是对全文行文、谋篇、语篇理解的考察，难度不小。
七选五36题属于送分题，下一句中的“the answer is…”提示信息，直接推断出36应该是一个问句，没有任何难度。
37 题干扰较强，因为下文中并未提及lung这个选项关键词，需要考生理解段落下文再强调吸入的空气新鲜有利于身体的肌肉打哪弄等;38 39 40 虽稍有干扰，但是按照先抓文章结构，再梳理段落主旨的，基本也能锁定正确答案;二完形填空本篇完形题材属于说明文，讲述的是乞力马扎罗山因为每年有无数登山者去攀登，随之产生的垃圾可能会影响了它的美丽;冰川的消失也在改变着它的面貌。
