随着国家对科技发展的需求，生物样本库的建设越来越受到重视。

Matchar【期刊名称】《美国医学会杂志：中文版》【年(卷),期】2007(026)003【摘要】背景:近来的冠状动脉内药物洗脱支架研究提示,现行的抗血小板治疗方案可能并不足以预防后期支架内血栓形成.目的:于接受药物洗脱支架(drug-eluting stents,DESs)和裸金属支架(bare-metal stents,BMSs)治疗的冠状动脉病患者中评估氯吡格雷使用与患者远期结果的关系.设计、地点及患者:于连续患者中进行观察性研究.患者于2000年1月1日至2005年7月31日在杜克心脏治疗中心(一家位于北卡罗来纳州达累姆市的三级治疗中心)接受冠状动脉内支架治疗.于6、12、24个月时进行随访,直至2006年9月7日.研究人群包括4666例最初接受BMS(n=3165)或DES(n=1501)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者.对随访6和12个月没有事件(没有死亡、心肌梗死或血管重建手术)的患者进行界标分析(landmark analysis).在这些时间点上根据支架类型以及自我报告之氯吡格雷的使用情况将患者分为4组:DES使用氯吡格雷组、DES不用氯吡格雷组、BMS使用氯吡格雷组以及BMS不用氯吡格雷组.主要观测指标:随访24个月时死亡、非致命性心肌梗死以及死亡或心肌梗死之复合终点.结果:在6个月时没有事件发生的DES组患者(637例使用、579例未使用氯吡格雷)中,氯吡格雷的使用是随访24个月校正死亡率较低(使用2.0%比未使用5.3%;差异,-3.3%;95% CI,-6.3%至-0.3%;P=0.03)以及死亡或心肌梗死发生率较低(3.1%比7.2%;差异,-4.1%;95% CI,-7.6%至-0.6%;P=0.02)的显著预测指标.然而,在BMS组患者中(417例使用、1976例未用氯吡格雷),死亡(3.7%比4.5%;差异,-0.7%;95% CI,-2.9%至1.4%;P=0.50)以及死亡或心肌梗死发生率(5.5%比6.0%;差异,-0.5%;95% CI,-3.2%至2.2%;P=0.70)没有差异.在12个月随访没有事件发生的DES组患者(252例使用、276例未用氯吡格雷)中,氯吡格雷的使用依然可以预测24个月死亡(0%比3.5%;差异,-3.5%;95% CI,-5.9%至-1.1%;P=0.004)以及死亡或心肌梗死发生率(0%比4.5%;差异,-4.5%;95% CI,-7.1%至-1.9%;P＜0.001)较低.然而,在BMS组患者中(346例使用、1644例未用氯吡格雷),在死亡(3.3%比2.7%;差异,0.6%;95% CI,1.5%至2.8%;P=0.57)以及死亡或心肌梗死(4.7%比3.6%;差异,1.0%;95% CI,-1.6%至3.6%;P=0.44)发生方面,依然没有差异.结论:在接受DES治疗的患者中,延长氯吡格雷的使用可以使死亡以及死亡或心肌梗死的发生率下降.然而,使用氯吡格雷的适宜期限只能通过大型临床随机试验确定.【总页数】9页(P131-139)【作者】Eric L. 转化医学
转化医学（translational medicine）在某些时候又称作转化性研究（translational research），在它被正式提出前，有很多类似的术语来描述相关的工作：发展性研究（development research）、应用科学（implementation science）、研究利用（research utilization）、研究应用（research use）、知识转化（knowledge translation）。这些术语所阐述的概念与转化医学的基本含义大致相同。而经过搜索查询，转化医学第一次作为一个新的名词正式出现，应该是在1996年《柳叶刀》杂志上的一篇文章：Adenomatous polyposis coli and translational medicine。 从实质上来说，转化医学的内涵包含两个方面:bench to bedside（从实验室到临床）以及bedside to bench（从临床到实验室），即通常所说的B2B过程。前一个B2B（bench to bedside）是指将实验室的研究成果应用到临床、转化为医药产品或者诊疗技术的过程，第二个B2B是指通过临床观察分析为基础医学研究提供思路、指导实验设计的过程。二者相辅相成，构成了转化医学的双向循环，不把二者作为一个整体或者忽视任何一面都是对转化医学的片面理解。 关于转化医学的定义很多，至今没有统一的认识。甚至定义会随着观察者的角度而变化。这些定义如果用于转化医学理论交流与探讨的话会因为解释不够精确或者过于繁琐而引起不便，在这里，我尝试给出一种相对简练同时还能完整阐述转化医学概念的定义： 转化医学是一门综合性学科，它通过利用包括现代分子生物技术在内的方法将实验室研究成果转化为临床应用的产品与技术，同时通过临床的观察与分析帮助实验室更好的认识人体与疾病、进行更优化的实验设计来促进基础研究，从而最终实现整体医疗水平的提高、帮助患者解决健康问题。
川射干的基础研究与临床转化应用
川射干为鸢尾科植物鸢尾 Ｉｒｉｓｔｅｃｔｏｒｕｍ Ｍａｘｉｍ 的干燥根茎，苦、寒，归肺经，具有清热解毒、祛痰利 咽的功效，用于热毒痰火郁结，咽喉肿痛、痰涎壅盛、 咳嗽气喘等症状，于 ２００５年收载入《中华人民共和 国药典》，属川产道地药材。现将近年来对川射干的 基础研究与临床转化应用情况加以总结分析，以期 为其临床应用提供支持。 １ 生药学研究 １１ 基源研究 鸢尾科射干类药材始载于《神龙本 草经》，被 称 为 “治 疗 喉 痹 咽 痛 之 要 药 ”。 鸢 尾 科 品 种外观形状略为相似的有 ３个种：一个是鸢尾科鸢
尾属植物射干 Ｂｅｌａｍｃａｎｄａｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ（Ｌ）ＤＣ，一个是 鸢尾科鸢尾属白花射干 ＩｒｉｓｊａｐｏｎｉｃａＴｈｕｎｂ；一个是 鸢尾科植物鸢尾 Ｉｒｉｓｔｅｃｔｏｒｕｍ Ｍａｘｉｍ以上 ３种植物 虽为同科，性味较接近，但为不同种［１］。在《中国植 物志》中，鸢尾科共分 １１属，其中鸢尾属（Ｉｒｉｓ）又包 括 ６个亚属：无附属物亚属、琴瓣鸢尾亚属、尼泊尔 鸢尾亚属、野鸢尾亚属、鸡冠状附属物亚属、须毛状 附属物亚属。
川射干是 ２００５版《中华人民共和国药典》（一 部）新增药材之一，是鸢尾 Ｉｒｉｓｔｅｃｔｏｒｕｍ Ｍａｘｉｍ的干 燥根茎，在民间常被当作射干应用［２］。射干于 １９９０

胃肠间质瘤及其转化医学
普通外科进展文章编号：1005-2208（2012）01-0036-04胃肠间质瘤及其转化医学张信华，何裕隆，詹文华【摘要】胃肠间质瘤是近年重新认识并且在治疗上取得较大突破的实体肿瘤类型。
从发现其主要的发病机制开始，不久即出现了针对性的治疗药物，成为最早进入“靶向治疗”的肿瘤类型之一，体现了转化医学倡导的从实验室研究成果到临床应用的快速转化。
回顾10余年来对该病的认识与诊治过程，本身就是对于肿瘤转化医学这一新兴的医学研究模式极佳的诠释。
