2018年镇江市区中考往届生报名须知
■往届生口语听力测试、理化生实验考查、体育考试报名时间与要求
1.报名时间：3月26日至3月30日
2.报名地点：健康路15号,市教育局基教处
3.需携带材料：近期免冠2寸照片4张及户口簿、毕业证书原件
4.领取口语测试准考证时间：4月19日下午-20日
5.领取理化实验考查准考证时间：5月2日
6.体育考试、中考体检
①4月6日前完成中考体检（镇江四院体检中心），并将盖章的体检表和体育考试报名表交市教育局体卫艺处，于4月25日下午1:30在镇江高职校（学府路132号）体育馆前集中，参加体育考试，逾期不予补考。
②体育考试总分40分，计入升学总分。考试项目及分值如下：

六、物理、化学实验考查
参加今年中考的往届生必须参加由我市统一组织的2018年物理、化学实验考查。
七、上交信息采集表、填报志愿及领取准考证时间
1．信息表填报要求：（1）必须用蓝、黑钢笔，字迹要清楚。（2）表中相关栏目由考生本人按实际情况填写。（3）5月23或24日报名当天上交信息采集表。

2018年镇江市区中考回考生报名须知
■说明：回考生指具有市区户籍、但跨辖市区在丹阳、句容、扬中、丹徒等地就读的初三应届毕业生。具有市区户籍、但跨省或跨省辖市就读的应届考生须先将学籍转回市区初中学校后方可报考。
■回考生中考文化考试报名时间、地点、携带材料、有关学科测试要求及说明
一、报名日期：5月23~24日，两天。逾期不予补报，后果自负。
