RIGO 数字信号源、示波器使用说明(一)双通道函数/任意波形发生器DG1022, DG1012一、初步了解DG10×2的前、后面板当您得到一款新型DG10×2双通道函数/任意波形发生器时,首先需要了解信号发生器前、后操作面板。

本章对于DG10×2前、后面板的操作及功能作简单的描述和介绍,使您能在最短的时间内熟悉其功能设置和使用。

前面板总览DG10×2向用户提供简单而功能明晰的前面板,如图1-3所示,前面板上包括各种功能按键、旋钮及菜单软键,您可以进入不同的功能菜单或直接获得特定的功能应用。

这3种显示模式可通过前面板左侧的View 按键切换。

用户可通过CH1/CH2来切换活动通道,以便于设定每通道的参数及观察、比较波形。

本书按键表示说明:本书对按键的标识用加边框的字符表示,如Sine 代表前面板上一个标注着“Sine”字符的功能键,菜单软键的标识用带阴影的字符表示,如频率表示Sine 菜单中的“频率”选项。

三、初步了解波形设置如下图1-8所示,在操作面板左侧下方有一系列带有波形显示的按键,它们分别是:正弦波、方波、锯齿波、脉冲波、噪声波、任意波,此外还有两个常用按键:通道选择和视图切换键。

下面的练习将引导您逐步熟悉这些按键的设置。

本章以下对波形选择的说明均在常规显示模式下进行。

1.使用Sine按键,波形图标变为正弦信号,并在状态区左侧出现“Sine”字样。

DG10×2可输出频率从1μHz到20MHz的正弦波形。

通过设置频率/周期、幅值/高电平、偏移/低电平、相位,可以得到不同参数值的正弦波。

本文将以FANUC数控系统为例,从添加四轴功能到实现四轴运行进行介绍。

关键词:数控加工;FANUC数控系统;四轴1.功能添加在不同类型的FANUC数控系统中,第4轴功能为选项功能,所以需要进行底层功能的开通。

0i-MD系统4轴授权导入方法按键“SYSTERM” 软键“参数” ,软键“操作” ,按“右翻”软键直至出现“OP读” 点击此软键。

该授权名称需要改成“CNCOPSET”放入CF卡或者U盘中,在机床输入“CNCOPSET.TXT”,点击“F名称”,随后点击“执行”,大概两秒读取时间,系统提示关闭电源,重启机床。

2.FANUC控制轴分配2.1 FSSB通讯分配添加第4轴之前,将机床回零。

0i-MD系统参数“8130”设为“4”,0i-MF系统参数“987”设为“4”,重启机床。

开机后无异常报警,检查“参数”是否出现第四轴的设置。

接下来,需要进行“FSSB”连接和轴的再次分配、第4轴参数的设定、PMC梯图功能的开通、试运行。

按键“SYSTERM”,点击“右翻”软件,直至出现“FSSB”,点击“FSSB”软键。

在“连接状态”页面中,查看主轴、伺服轴直接的连接状态是否正常。

在“伺服放大器”页面中,查看系统所读取的伺服模块电流规格是否正确。

在“主轴放大器”页面中,查看系统所读取的主轴模块电流规格是否正确。

无异常开始分配伺服轴、主轴。

A Benchmark For Touring AmplificationOver the past decade, the tight and transparent sound of Lab.gruppen touring amplifiers has earned the praise of renowned F OH engineers and leading sound rental companies worldwide.F P 10000Q, the flagship four-channel model of the F P+ Series, continues this tradition. At the core of the FP 10000Q’s performance is the patented Class TD output stage, a breakthrough amplifier topology that approaches the exceptional efficiency of Class D while retaining the sonic purity of proven Class B designs. Further contri-buting to the remarkable efficiency of the FP 10000Q is a Regulated Switch Mode Power Supply (R.SMPS), which gives the added benefit of stabilizing rail voltages to the output even with wide fluctuations of mains voltage. A highly refined and updated circuit layout optimizes the interaction of R.SMPS and Class TD to produce the extraordinary power density of the FP 10000Q.To keep its cool under extreme demands, the FP 10000Q relies on Lab.gruppen’s proprietary Intercooler. This innovation uses thou- sands of copper fins to multiply the exposed heatsink surface’s rapid heat dissipation. Also, all output devices are mounted trans-verse to the airflow for uniform cooling. As a result, the FP 10000Q delivers Lab.gruppen’s trademark “all the power, all the time” with no degradation of sonic performance.To maximize headroom in any application, the F P 10000Q offers adjustable input gain along with Lab.gruppen’s exclusive Voltage Peak Limiter (VPL). Adjustable on a per-channel basis, VPL opti-mizes the output for any load, from a single massive subwoofer to a series of HF compression drivers.The comprehensive warning and protection features on the F P 10000Q safeguard output circuits and connected loads while also extending amplifier life and minimizing chance of service inter-ruptions.
