Unit8: The seasons and weatherTopic1: How is the weather in fall (section A)(说课稿)一、教材分析1、教材的地位、作用及处理1)教材的地位、作用本单元是七年级的最后一个单元,三个话题分别围绕天气、假日旅行、节日展开。
第一、第二话题是本单元的重点,包含了重点语法及功能话题。
第三话题是中西方文化的学习。
我说课的内容是第一话题的Section A,谈论天气和季节及活动,以对话为主,是本单元的第一节课。
作为话题的第一课,首先是为后面的内容提供话题和语境,同时具有为后面的学习扫清语言和文化障碍的作用。
因此,本课侧重培养学生的口头表达能力,培养学生熟练运用所学功能用语谈论天气和季节的能力,为进一步谈论旅行打基础。
2)教材处理Section A分为五个小部份。
Part1a 1b是季节、天气及活动等词汇及重点句型的呈现,Part2、Part3、是整合新旧知识,进一步练习新语言,Part4是语言的实践及运用,,同时作为本课结尾。
对于我的学生来说,Section A提供的内容及活动一节课无法完成,两节课又太宽松。
课改提倡教师“用教材”而不是“教教材”因此,我将部份内容做了整合。
2、教学目标根据英语课程标准的要求及本话题的任务,结合学生的实际情况,我确定了本课的教学目标。
(1)知识目标:学习和掌握季节、天气及活动等词汇;学习并运用谈论天气和季节及活动的句型;复习户外活动的词组。

.本课时教学内容主要围绕有关服装方面的话题展开,通过观看服装秀,谈论中国传统服装文化及异国传统服装文化。同时复习并总结有关所学服装名称。让学生了解中国传统服装文化的同时,正确看待少数民族传统服装文化,从而更好地为弘扬中国传统文化服务。这些内容比较贴近现实生活,便于展开讨论。在谈论的过程中,有机地融入了几个重要句型。

二、教学设计建议 (一)学情分析 整体而言,学生成绩和学生的学习态度的两级分化十分严重,少部分英语基础好的优秀学生,不管是在学校,还是在家,都能认真学习、主动思考问题,同时还能够及时反馈学习情况,在他们身上,教和学得到了比较好的统一。与此相反的是,另一部分同学英语基础很差,学习态度也十分懒散,不但不愿学,不想学,还影响课堂纪律,影响他人学习。其他大部分学生属于中间层次,虽然不太吵,但学习情况依然很不理想,还是存在很多不想学不愿学的情况。总的来说,学生在英语学习上所存在的问题主要表现在1)听、说、读、写等方面的基本技能未能掌握,连音标和单词的拼读都没有掌握好;(2)单词量掌握较少;(3)上课时精力不集中,对英语有一定的抵触心理;(4)学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。(5)学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。 基于此在教学中我们要
