Unit 7 Protect the Earth (Period 1)教学设计教材分析：本课时教学的内容是译林版六年级上册第七单元Protect the Earth(Story time)。
这个单元跟第六单元有些练习，都和环保有关，所以在引出本课话题之初，我设置了地球妈妈受伤害的情境，让学生各抒己见，一方面复习了第六单元内容，另一方面因势利导，引出新课内容。
一、教学内容：Story time二、教学目标：1、能听懂、会读、会说protect, earth, save, useful, waste, reuse, energy, most,coal, wood, cut down, plastic, oil, drive, so much.2、能听懂、会读、会说日常交际用语We use …to …We should …Weshouldn’t …3、通过小组合作交流，利用思维导图，能正确地理解并能用标准的语音语调朗读文本，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。
4、让学生了解保护地球的重要性，培养学生热爱地球，保护地球的意识，了解更多保护地球的方法。
三、教学重点：对词汇和句型的理解。
四、教学难点：通过小组合作交流，利用思维导图，能正确地理解并朗读文本，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

Story time
本节课是六年级上册第七单元Story time部分说明型的语篇阅读教学。不同
于其他的小故事，本篇短文阐述性较高，趣味性较低，所以为了避免学生学习过
程中的枯燥乏味之感，提高学习本文的趣味性非常重要。因此，在阅读过程中，
重在培养学生的阅读兴趣，教会学生简单的阅读策略。
小学高年级学生已有一定知识经验积累，出现了初步的抽象思维，逐步能透
过现象深入事物的本质，已能预见事物的结果。因此，教师要根据学生的认知规
律安排教学活动，也要针对不同学生的不同学习能力，采取不同的教学引导或师
生合作、生生合作等形式，让所有的学生都能参与课堂活动，以便各有所获。
而课堂中，对于学生敢于提出问题的行为，教师首先应给予肯定，至于提出、
回答的正确与否，则是第二位的，可以由学生集体讨论逐步澄清。只有这样，才
能创设一种宽松、和谐、合作、民主的课堂气氛，也只有在这样的课堂气氛中，
才能使每个学生树立起学习信息，自己体验成功的喜悦。
Grammar time & Fun time
本课是六年级上册第七单元Grammar time &Fun time环节的语法教学。教学
过程中，重在引导学生在小组内对重点句型的用法进行总结，并能够熟练进行语
言练习。纵观整节课教学活动，做出如下总结：
1．本节课教师首先运用了任务型教学方法。由于任务型教学是一种途径
“Approach”，而不是方法“Method"，这种新的理念并不影响传统教学法的运
用。因此，学生带着任务去学不感觉在“学”，而是在做一件有意义的事。英语
学习变成了模拟交际，代替了枯燥的“句型练习’’。通过小组间的讨论、总结，
并以小组的形式进行英语汇报。这当然比“替换练习”吸引入了。
2．但我们也发现，尽管任务型教学需要一系列的“热身”一“语言知识”
准备—完成任务—汇报成果等的模式，在小组活动中解决问题虽然降低了教学难
度，但仍不能完全有效调动小组成员完成任务，个别组员存在“浑水摸鱼”的行
为，因此小组活动前任务分工很重要。
Sound time & Song time
本课时教学的成功开展离不开多媒体的运用，这也让我们深深感触现代媒体
对教学的重大影响。与过去不同的是，现在的教师上课鲜有不用多媒体的。电脑
的普及和互连网的迅速发展给英语及其他科目的课堂教学带来了生机，也给老师
带来了挑战。不容置疑，多媒体的恰当使用大大提高了40分钟的效率。
纵观课件制作，目前用得最多的是使用“Powerpoint”放幻灯片，Flash、
Authorwar的制作还处于学习探索阶段。这就对教师自身素质提出了更高的要求。
过去教师疲于应应试教育（现在仍然如此），重点是抓语言点language points
的训练。然而，现代英语教学强调语言的交际功能，也体现在评价上——听力、
口试的施行。所以现代英语教师更需要有地道流利的口语，良好的沟通交际能力，
并能自如流利地表达自己的观点。
Cartoon time , Checkout time & Ticking time
发展学生的综合语言运用能力是基础教育阶段小学英语教学的根本目的。所
以在这节知识巩固课的教学过程中，教师更要注重对学生语言知识、语言技能、
情感态度、学习策略、文化意识的修炼。教师可以向学生渗透学习策略，单词记
忆方法，怎样看图回答问题，怎样完成听力题等。对于语言技能的训练，现行的
教材就给我们提供了很好的课文。对学生进行读写的训练，在此基础上让模仿范
文，小组交流，培养学生的听说能力。最后鼓励学生将说的口头语言，变成写的
书面语言，发展学生的写作能力。
在传统的巩固复习教学中，由于教学内容有新的语言知识，教师往往在课堂
上组织有意义的语言活动，发展学生的思维能力，而学生在认知事物时，需要经
过一系列的思维活动，教师应根据学生的这一认知规律，在复习过程中设计相应
的语言任务活动，使学生在活动中，发展思维能力，培养创新精神。除此之外，
针对学生在课堂中出现的问题，教师也要将学生平时的共性问题加以提炼，并给
予合理引导。只有这样；学生才能在追求知识的道路上走得更远。
