Grivory XE 4027 black 9916 is free of halogens and red phosphorus. RoHS: Grivory XE 4027 black 9916 is in compliance with RoHS (2002/95/EC, Re-striction of Hazardous Substances). WEEE:Parts produced from Grivory XE 4027 black 9916 are not subject to "selec-tive treatment" according the Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Elec-tronic Equipment. ISO polymer designation: PA 10T/X ASTM designation: PPA, polyphthalamide The main distinguishing features of Grivory HT-PPA, when compared to other poly-amides, are its good performance at high temperatures providing parts which are stiffer, stronger, have better heat distortion and dimensional stability as well as excel-lent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. 1、肖氏硬度(HS)=布氏硬度(BHN)/10 + 12 2、肖氏硬度(HS)=洛氏硬度(HRC)+ 15 3、布氏硬度(BHN)=洛克氏硬度(HV) 因为肖氏硬度就是邵氏硬度,故无换算关系可言。 一般聚氨酯弹性体的硬度都采用美国邵氏公司(Shore)的A, B, C, D, DO, E, M 等硬度表测试。传统上滑板轮都比较软故都用A表,因此滑手比较熟悉A表。但近年滑板轮硬度逐渐提高,超过了95A,A表因为在超过95A的硬度时测试失准,故而近年来有些公司采用比较适合硬度更高的D表测试。但D表也有缺陷,因为D表测试头是针式,故而常刺穿轮子表面,使测试值不准。因此也有的公司采用B表测试然后换算成A 表的,如SkateOne。这样做目的是因为大多数滑手比较熟悉A表,因此方便滑手比较。B表得值+20就是A 表值。而D表和A标的关系.由上可以看出,D50可能相当于A97左右。A与D仅仅是测量方法不一样和质量是没有任何关系的。 注意:硬度读数,不同的国家时间(秒)是不一样的:日本是3秒,中国是15秒,还有5秒和10秒读数的.不同时间的读数会有一点差异;读数时间短,硬度大.但一般相差1-2 Shore A
