PROPERTIES3.1 - General requirementsThe knitted fabrics shall be free of production defects of any type which would impair the processing and utilization properties or the appearance. The construction and the reverse bonding of the pile in the backing shall show good durability in accordance with the intended application. In case of product versions 00, 20 to 25 and PV 36, the top of the pile surface shall be completely closed and shall not have any detrimental gaps or stripes. Problem-free adhesion properties of the backs with the adhesives used by us is required.- The visible knitted fabric distortion over the whole width shall not be more than 2 %. The knitted fabric shall not change its Parallel or Normal dimensions during storage or further processing by more than 2% (e.g. no excessive wind-up tension).- It shall be possible to clean the knitted fabrics efficiently using the foam cleaning process with cleaning agents on a neutral soap basis without change of color (or using the dry foam process). They shall also be adequately resistant to the effects of organic solvents, in particular of MB stain removers. (at least grade 4 DIN/EN/ISO 105-X12).- The self-adhesive product version PV 70, PV 72 shall be protected with a paper on the adhesive side.The paper shall be easy to peel off and have good interlaminar strength. An aging-resistant bond isrequired between knitted fabric/nonwoven and adhesive with good interlaminar strength.- The availability of a certificate of testing in accordance with the following method is specified as an overriding requirement for adherence to the emission values for interior trim materials: VDA 278;threshold values DBL 8585.The user is responsible for checking whether the version in his possession is the latest version. Forinquires on threshold values, please apply to VDA278.DC-Info@.In particular in the case of substances listed in DBL 8585 Section 2.3, the supplier is required tocontinuously minimize the concentration and emission at least in accordance with the state of the art, even when values have fallen below the required DBL threshold values.3.2 Shade and designIn accordance with approved sample and/or order.3.3 WidthIn accordance with order (unless otherwise specified - width tolerance + 15/- 2 mm).4. 软质聚氨酯海绵填充-物理性能和机械性能要求内容本技术规范阐述了宜家对聚氨酯海绵填充材料的物理性能、机械性能和结构性能的要求。

本规范适用于块状海绵。

关于本规范产品的使用品质在很大程度上以使用特定时间后的材料舒适度来评估。

本规范旨在确保软质聚氨酯海绵部件在使用期间可以保持其舒适性。

变更执行本技术规范(版本号AA-300587-4)中的变更,在宜家销售产品中最迟应在包装周数章1446(2014年46周)之前执行,除非另有说明。

宜家销售产品中使用的海绵应按照调整后的测试方法对疲劳造成的厚度损耗和疲劳造成的硬度损耗进行测试,该要求最迟应在包装周数章1618(2016年18周)执行。

按照本技术规范先前版本要求生产的已包装完毕的产品,包括产品部件和材料,应在符合本版本技术规范要求的产品出货前全部完成出货。

REACH法规限制物质清单(REACH附件17)作者:HSF中心 2012-05-02 08:49某些危险物质、混合物、物品在制造,投放市场和使用过程中的限制第一栏物质名称、物质组名称或混合物名称第二栏限制条件1. 多氯三联苯(PCTs)不可投放市场或使用:——作为物质;——在混合物中,包括废油,或者在设备中,浓度大于50mg/kg( 质量分数计%)。

?2.氯乙烯CAS 号75-01-4 EC 号200-831-0不可用于任何用途的气雾抛射剂。

含有该物质作为抛射剂的喷雾器不可投放市场。
