说课:

通过第1课时的学习,学生对Story time和圣诞有了一定的了解,因为本节课对Story time的采用了问答形式,在课文已有内容的基础上进行挖掘和拓展,并给了学生一定自由发挥的空间,更容易调动学生的积极性。Grammar time的学习中,教师创设了新的场景,即刘涛和家人的圣诞安排。学生通过小组合作,不仅能巩固表示顺序副词的使用,还能发挥个人所学,在其中加入自己感兴趣的活动,使得Grammar time的学习不仅不枯燥,还有一定的创造性。Fun time继续让学生通过小组合作制作圣诞卡片并且最后集体汇报成果,教师鼓励学生在制作过程中尽量使用英文交流,在开口说和动手做的过程中掌握这几个重点副词的使用。

本课的主要是通过各种活动对本单元的语言知识进行综合复习。先通过一个趣味字谜复习本单元主要词汇,然后要求学生根据呈现的Story time的主要句型完成Story time的复述,接下来要求学生根据Cartoon time的图片进行看图说话并适当续编故事,以上三个复习活动难度依次递增,体现了循序渐进的原则。在Order and say中的三个新的场景为学生灵活使用顺序副词创造了情境。教师补充的“圣诞老妈”的趣味故事既契合了本课的圣诞主题又练习了顺序副词,同时还为学生发挥想象编写自己的圣诞故事起到了抛砖引玉的作用。

经过前三个课时,学生对于圣诞这一话题已经有了一定的词汇积累,因此教师在本课开始通过一个头脑风暴的环节帮助学生复习已有词汇的同时还输入了新的词的词汇,扩大学生的语言输入。通过歌曲调节课堂气氛后,教师呈现了Story time和Cartoon time的图片,通过让学生看图说话的形式复习这两个板块。Sound time以呈现单词和小诗,让学生感悟字母j在单词中的发音规律为主,然后通过联想其他有相同发音的单词加深印象。Checkout time先让学生讨论自己的放学后活动,以来学生有话说,可以活跃课堂气氛,二来为讨论杨玲的放学后活动做了铺垫,对学生的语言输出提出更高的要求。
