2 摘要的撰写原则1)论文摘要包括中文摘要和英文摘要。

内容摘要：户赤字庞大、债务增长迅速，而日本、中国和亚洲其他主要新兴市场国家对美国持有大量贸易盈余。
自改革开放、特别是中国加入 WTO 以来，中国经济与世界经济的关系越来越紧密。
中近年来，全球经济失衡问题引起国内外学者的密切关注。
当今全球经济失衡的主要表现为：美国经常账国从 2001 年开始成为美国最大的逆差来源国，全球经济失衡的调整也将对中国经济带来实质性的影响。
通过中国主动对国际收支双顺差状况的调整，可以直接有效缓解我国经常账户逆差状况，改善全球经济失衡状况。
从长远的角度来看，中国国际收支双顺差状况的调整也将在中国经济实现可持续发展的道路中发挥积极作用。
近几年来，我国国际收支不平衡的状况不断加剧，对我国的经济发展带来了不可忽视的负面影响。
我们必须采取各种有效措施，转变经济和对外贸易增长方式，改变国际收支不平衡的局面, 以保证国民经济平稳健康地发展。
本文将通过各类文献对我国国际收支管理现状的概括进行宏观分析，着重从我国国际收支双顺差入手，系统地总结现阶段我国国际收支管理现状、原因以及对策。

Abstract :In recent years, the global economic imbalances caused by the domestic and foreign scholars pay close attention to. Today's global economic imbalances of the main performance: the us current account deficit is huge, the rapid growth of debt, and Japan, China and other Asian emerging market countries mainly of America have large trade surpluses. Since reform and opening up, especially since China's accession to the WTO, the Chinese economy and the world economy increasingly close relationship. China from 2001 to and became the biggest source of the deficit, the adjustment of global economic imbalances will also bring substantial impact on China's economy.
Through the China international payment surplus initiative to the adjustment of condition, can be directly effectively relieve our country current account deficit situation, improving global economic imbalances. From the point of view of long term, China international payment surplus status adjustment will also in China's economy in the path of sustainable development play a positive role. In recent years, China's international payments the imbalance between the rising, to the economic development of our country and brought the
negative impact cannot be ignored. We must take some effective measures, changing economic and foreign trade growth mode, alter the international balance of payments disequilibrium situation, to ensure smooth healthy development of the national economy. This paper will of all kinds of literature in China's payments generalization of the macro management status, this paper analyzes the influence of China's international payments surplus of systematic summary of payments management situation at present in China, and the reasons and countermeasures.
