• 感染:术后患者可能会出现贲门部位感染及胃肠外感 染,为防止此类感染,术后要严密监测患者体温,注 意患者是否有发热、咳嗽、胸骨疼痛等现象,并常规 给予抗感染静脉滴注治疗3-5天
• 穿孔 :为最严重的一种并发症,若患者发生食管穿 孔,主要表现为胸痛、气短、气胸及皮下气肿等症状。 因此,术后一定要严密观察患者胸痛、气短等情况, 一旦发现异常,立即报告医生处理。
