九级考级舞蹈follow me文字指导教材第九级《Follow me》跳跃练习
1.训练目的
通过组合的训练，提高跳跃能力。
2.主要动作及规格
（1）训练动作
1、吸跳步：（以动力腿右腿为例）右腿绷脚吸腿至主力腿膝盖内侧，同时主力腿自然蹦跳，不强调绷脚，不强调离开地面，突出吸腿同时跳一次即可。
（吸跳同时强调身体上同时收紧）
2、吸踢跳：动力腿在吸腿同时绷脚向外踢出 45°（动力腿踢腿时正步踢，不强调脚的外开或是内扣），同时主力腿自然蹦跳一次，重拍在外。
3、旁踵步跳：向 3 点或 7 点做踵步跳，跳跃同时形成踵步位，再经跳跃回到准备位（注意：在跳跃过程中，双脚同时做跳跃，不可做单脚跳跃。
跳出和收回时都要有跳跃。
主力腿屈膝膝盖自然找脚尖方向，胯与身体要垂直，不要坐胯）。
（2）形象动作
4、暖阳阳：双手经团指，小臂自然在体前交叉，经跳蹲，落地时，快速扩指打开至身体两侧，手心朝一点，手臂屈臂自由上下摆动，身体与胯随动。
5、飞呀飞（毛毛虫）：双手扩指，手心相对，从正上位，抖手，原路返回至正下位，身体与胯随动。
6、打招呼：直臂：左脚向前上步至踏步位，左手叉腰手位，右手正上位扩指，手心向一点方向，做打招呼状。
屈臂：左脚向前上步，双腿屈膝半蹲，后脚脚掌点地，左手叉腰手位，小臂收回 90°角，做打招呼状。
3.节奏
前奏：4 个八拍；
第一段：5 个八拍；
第二段：4 个八拍；
第三段：5 个八拍。
4.教育意义
将时尚动感的音乐与欢快活泼的跳跃练习相结合，释放孩子们的情感，向他们传递积极向上的正能量。

Follow me 排名按照交易员的交易表现进行排名，表现越优秀的交易员排名越居列表前端。
1. 注册用户：登录Follow me 网站，点击注册，填写手机号码、电子邮箱等相关资料，也可通过社交渠道微信、QQ 、微博，一键绑定账号登录。
1) 邮箱注册：输入邮箱号码，点击注册后，此时您的邮箱将会收到一封激活邮件，激活账号后用此邮箱账号、密码登录Follow me 。
2) 手机号码注册：输入手机号码，获取验证码，输入验证码和密码，点击注册，此时系统将提示设置您的昵称，设置后，点击下一步，即可登录。
2. 选择账户：登录后，页面将提示您，选择开始模拟跟随、升级为投资人、升级为交易员，此时您可选择升级为交易员。
3. 升级为交易员：点击升级为交易员，系统将提示您选择经纪商（如PICO ），若您已注册过经纪商账户，可选择关联原有经纪商账户(输入经纪商交易账号进行验证关联)，否F ol l o w m e则，请开通新账户。
