教材分析本单元内容主要是让学生能够用英语谈论某人正在做一件事时突发另一件事。
对于现在进行时和一般现在时这两个语法项目,学生已经有了知识铺垫,比较易于深入与拓展。
关于but的用法,学生也在第七册教材中有所了解,体现了循序渐进、由易到难的编排,符合学生的认知水平。
本单元是整个模块的重点,占有很重要的地位,也为Unit 2的学习奠定基础。
课时教学目标一、知识目标1. 掌握本课单词和短语:play, third, time, bark, loudly2. 掌握句型:He is playing the suona, but the phone rings.He is playing the suona again, but the bell rings.He’s playing the suona for the third time, but the dog starts to bark very loudly.二、能力目标1. 能运用句型描述正在做一件事情时另一件事情突然发生。
2. 能熟练运用连词but,并掌握前后两个分句时态上的区别。
三、情感目标1. 激发学生的学习兴趣。
2. 在学习过程中,培养学生的合作意识。
教学重点与难点能运用句型描述正在做一件事情时另一件事情突然发生。
教学辅助OHP, video, word cards教学策略根据本课内容特点,可以采用直观解释引导学生发现问题,通过情景辅助学生分析问题,通过小组合作方式让学生自己解决问题,构建以学生为主体的课堂教学模式。

充分尊重学生的个性,关注全体,学生们听得认真,说得流利,学得开心。
具体体现如下:
1、学生在老师循序渐进地引导下和小组之间的讨论和探索中,找到了一些单词的发音规律,很快运用于自学新单词中,有效帮助正确认读单词和记忆单词,提高了自主学习英语的能力。
从而使学生不知不觉地增强了学习英语的兴趣和信心。
2、句子操练到位,利用多媒体课件集图像、声音、文字于一体,通过生动形象、活泼的形式使学生身临其境地学习英语,使学生受到听说、读、写的全面训练,获得理解,分析语言知识的能力,从而达到初步运用英语的能力。
3、教学评价得体,但教学评价可以更多样化,以体现出语言使用的层次和等级,并具备针对性。
4、注重利用学生身边的事物来进行巩固新知,布置贴近学生生活的活动任务,既有较强的活动性和趣味性,又能使英语生活化,学以致用。
培养了学生的实践能力。

三、教材分析
本案例主要让学生用已学的形容词基础上掌握他们的用法。
把形容词放到句型中去操练,既巩固单词,同时也学会用此新句型描绘物品的特性。
在教学中我还加入了超市购物的有关知识,这是为了让学生在一定的语境中巩固所学知识,了解西方文化,拓展他们的文化视野。
在本节课教学的设计时,我主要依据教材内容及五年级学生的年龄特点,从学生的知识和生活环境出发多方面考虑,突出了教学的多样性和层次性。
在教学设计中我充分体现新课程标准下倡导的“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务目标,感受成功”,突出课程标准中“以人为本”
的理念,使学生在情景中感受、体验和运用新学语言。
增加学生学习的积极性。
用百度在网上搜索下载一段彩虹的视频,课堂放给同学们听,给学生听觉上的直观感受。
用百度图片网上搜索下载物品的示图,做成PPT课堂给同学们演示,给学生视觉上的直观感受。
用百度在教学网搜索一段购物视频,让同学们对购物过程的形成有切身体验。
然后根据课堂教学需要,利用百度搜索在中小学教程网找到课文的朗读录音学习参考,课堂上带领学生朗读课文。
四、教学方法
游戏及问答,情景表演,制作课件、单词卡片、课文磁带、录音机。
在教学中我事先准备制作一套配有简笔画的单词卡片i,以表现人物或事物特征的形容词为主要内容,作为开展游戏的道具。
教师先做示范,然后让学生依据示范,俩人一组开展游戏,鼓励学生不断变化提问方式。
开展“五彩缤纷”的游戏:将全班分成5各小组,每个小组代表一种颜色。
,用这种游戏来训练学生颜色单词。
接龙游戏:教师首先用英语说一句话,与购物有关的,接话的学生必须先重复这句话再加入新的内容,以此类推,尽量让更多的学生都有机会练习不同的形容词。
教师鼓励学生用学过的形容词来描述学过的名词,描述物品的特征,根据描述找出物品,发现其优点及缺点选择适合自己的物品并说明理由,通过购物的学习及问答,使学生养成在交际中的礼貌行为。

2、复习颜色词:red , yellow, blue, green, orange.教师说学生指出教室里的相应颜色。
3.抢答反义词:old—new, big—small, tall—short, fat—thin .long—short (活动意图:此项活动是通过运用一些学过的词做游戏,激发学生的学习兴趣,调动他们的学习积极性,把他们带入英语学习的氛围,同时为新的内容作铺垫。
)Step2 Presentation
(1)T: (出示准备好的小包)What color is this ? What is this ?
学生回答后,师继而用一只手掂包教light,之后教It’s big and light. I’ll be easy for me.
搬课桌,装作很吃力的样子:T:Oh,so heavy!(拿出单词卡教读)
出示刚才那个包复习pocket,把一支粉笔放进去,可粉笔掉出来了:T:Oh ,what happen ?(给学生看包烂的地方)It’s broken.拿处单词卡教读:It’s broken。

六、教学反思
在教学中我还加入了超市购物的有关知识,这是为了让学生在一定的语境中巩固所学知识,了解西方文化,拓展他们的文化视野。
在本节课教学的设计时,我主要依据教材内容及五年级学生的年龄特点,从学生的知识和生活环境出发多方面考虑,突出了教学的多样性和层次性。
在教学设计中我充分体现新课程标准下倡导的“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,
实现任务目标,感受成功”,突出课程标准中“以人为本”的理念,使学生在情景中感受、体验和运用新学语言。
增加学生学习的积极性。
用百度在网上搜索下载一段彩虹的视频,课堂放给同学们听,给学生听觉上的直观感受。
用百度图片网上搜索下载物品的示图,做成PPT课堂给同学们演示,给学生视觉上的直观感受。
1、让学生把方法写出来比较耗时,可以改成口头交流,比较省时,效果也应该会不错。
还有个别学生发音时有错误。
2、反馈花了大量的时间,是否可以寻找更好的方法。
3、学生对这个方法掌握得还是不够好。
4、任务分配还没有到位。
我想通过这堂课,在以后的班级小组合作中,我还要加强这方面的训练,找一些更为省时的方法,学生之间的配合也需要大量的时间去尝试琢磨。
