安徽大学2014-2015学年第一学期大学英语（三）口语考试操作步骤：1. 在学期结束前一个月给学生5个话题（由教研室统一出），让他们提前准备和这些话题相关的内容，准备做个人观点阐述。
2. 考试之前将小组分好（可以由学生自愿组合或者由老师指定），每三位同学一组，抽取一个话题。
首先让三人分别对这个话题进行自己观点的阐述，然后老师就这个话题提出一个问题，让三位学生进行现场讨论。
3. 时间安排：个人观点阐述，每人控制在2分钟，小组讨论共5分钟，一组三人总计时11分钟。
评分标准满分40分，具体分值如下：(1)语音语调(Pronunciation & Intonation, 10分）(2)流利程度（Fluency, 10分）(3)用语准确性（Accuracy, 10分）(4)用语得体性（Appropriacy, 10分）注意事项：1. 当三个学生就一个话题自由发挥后，老师就问他们一个围绕这个话题的问题，让他们当场发挥，老师就起主持人的作用，当其中一个学生说的太长，老师要适时打断他，让其他的学生说。
反过来，如果有冷场的情况，老师也可以点名要某一个学生发表观点。
