形成性评价在英语教学中的作用新课程倡导以人为本，一切为了学生的发展，那么英语教学中对学生的评价就要实现多元性，多样性与可选择性，让评价体现人文关怀，全面评价学生的发展与进步。
近年来，在英语教学中我坚持使用形成性评价，深深地体会到它对教师和学生的作用。
一、形成性评价，学生继续学习的动力成功感是英语学习中非常宝贵的情感体验，它能极大地激起学生的学习兴趣和热情。
因此，在学生学习过程中，教师应充分利用评价手段，适时、适当、真切地鼓动学生的每一个成功。
对于基础差、性格内向或有自卑倾向的学生，哪怕是正确地回答了老师的问题，按时完成了作业这些平常的举动，如果加上老师富有激励性的评价，都会让学生感受到成功，坚定学习的自信心，从心理学的角度讲，教师若能把自己的期望或明或暗地传递给学生，学生便会按照教师所期望的方向来塑造自己的行为。
因此，在课堂教学中，教师应力求关注每一个学生的表现和愿望，用语言、手势、眼神、微笑把期望、鼓励、赞许传递给他们，唤起学生内心潜在的自我价值意识和学习欲望，运用鼓励性评价，肯定他们的点滴进步，真诚的称赞他们。
如果学生在学习过程中能不断得到正面评价，那么他的内在价值就得到别人的承认，因而获得了英语学习上的成功感，这种成功感引起的兴奋可以产生继续得到满足的需要，一次成功的体验又可以推动第二次成功，多次成功会使学生增强自信心，逐步体会到学习英语的自我乐趣，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，激起学生学习英语的内在动力，增强克服困难的毅力，极大地提高学习效果，从而为英语教学的成功奠定基础。
二、形成性评价，学生能力全面发展的保证初中英语教学评价的主要目的是为了全面了解学生的英语学习历程，激励学生的英语学习和改进教师的英语教学。
为了使评价有机地融入教学过程，应建立开放，宽松的评价氛围，以测试和非测试、个人与小组以及家长和教师评价相结合的方式进行综合评价。

初中英语形成性评价的探索与实践摘要：评价分形成性评价和终结性评价。
长期以来，终结性评价成为评价学生的唯一标准。
《新课标》的实施，改变了这种不科学的评价方式。
本文试就课堂活动评比、学习效果自评、学习档案、学生互评、家长对学生学习情况的反馈与评价等实践进行了探索与总结。
关键词：形成性评价；自评；互评；家长评价；学习策略表；曲线表；学习档案《英语课程标准》指出：评价是英语课程的重要的组成部分。
英语课程的评价体系要体现评价主体的多元化和评价形式的多样化。
评价应关注学生综合语言运用能力的发展过程以及学习的效果，采用形成性评价和终结性评价相结合的方式，既关注结果，又关注过程。
这种对学生日常学习过程中的表现、所取得的成绩以及所反映出的情感、态度、策略等方面的发展做出的评价就叫形成性评价。
形成性评价关注学生英语学习能力的培养、兴趣的保持、知识的灵活运用以及学生在学习过程中反映出来的情感、态度和与同学之间的合作精神。
笔者在开展形成性评价的试验时，对课堂活动评比、学习效果自评、学习档案、问卷调查、家长对学生学习情况的反馈与评价等方面作了一些尝试。
一、英语学习策略表——教师了解学生的桥梁作为一名教师，在接触新的学生时，最关键的工作就是了解他们的学习兴趣和学习习惯，采用学习策略表（见表一）能较好的达到这一目的。
学习策略表能在短时间内让新教师最大程度地了解学生的学习兴趣和学习习惯。
经过一段时期的教学后，教师可以让学生再次填写表格，并进行对比，以此来观察学生的发展。
注：本表共21个项目。
每个项目后面有1到5五个数字， 1表示从来不使用，2表示基本不使用，3表示有时使用，4表示常使用，5表示总是使用，根据自己使用学习策略的情况圈选其中一种情况。
上面的调查表一共四个部分，1～9题是认知策略，10～16题是调控策略，17～19题是交际策略，20～21题是资源策略。
填完调查表后，分别算出自己每个部分的平均得分数。
平均得分4.5～5表示总是使用此类策略，3.5～4.4表示经常使用，2.5～3.4表示使用情况一般，1.5～2.4表示基本不使用，1.0～1.4表示几乎从不使用。

基于形成性评价的课堂运行模式，单元评价设计包括学情分析、评价目标设计、评价任务设计和评价活动设计四部分。
教师应充分了解学情，把握目标、任务、活动一致的原则，针对学情，围绕评价目标，设计贯穿单元教学过程的评价任务和指向目标分解的评价活动，实现以评促教、以评促学。
关键词：学情分析；评价目标；评价任务；评价活动一、引言教育测评历来是教育体系中不可或缺的重要的一环，不仅能够帮助教师获取教学信息，改进教学方法，保证教学质量，还有助于学生优化学习策略，改善学习方法，提高学习能力，教育测评包括标准化考试为代表的终结性评价，也包括以学习为目的，注重学习过程的形成性评价（顾永琦，李加义，2021）。
《义务教育英语课程标准》（2011年版）（简称为《课程标准》）在评价建议部分明确指出采用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的方式，既关注过程又关注结果，使对学生学习过程和学习结果的评价达到和谐统一，但当前以考试成绩评价学生学业表现的现象普遍存在。
在日常单元评价中，教师通常采用单一纸笔测试方式，考查学生对单元所学语言知识的掌握情况，没有全面考查学生的语言运用能力，忽略了学生在英语学习过程中的情感态度、认知发展和学习策略等要素，这样既不能激发学生学习的积极性、主动性，也不利于教师及时检测教学目标的达成情况，发现学生学习中的问题并提供及时帮助和反馈，促进学生有效开展学习。
评价方式的改革直接影响教学的成效。
形成性评价是日常教学中由教师和学生共同参与和实施的评价活动，旨在为教师提供及时有效的教学反馈，为学生指出清晰明确的学习目标和方法，提高教学质量和学生自主学习的能力。
形成性评价有助于改变当前重知识轻语用，重结果轻过程的不良英语教学生态，提高教学效益。
