我们营造的是一个义工的大家庭，只要你有一颗爱心并想让他人与你分享就可以成为我们家庭成员的一员，因为家庭是不会计较任何人对家人的付出和索取，我们可以用不同的方式表达对家人的关怀，并能从中得到你意想不到的精神收获。
本质和义工相同
志愿服务或义务工作都来源于英文的Volunteer service，在本质上说都是一样的，都是指任何人自愿贡献个人的时间和精力，在不为物质报酬的前提下，为推动人类发展、社会进步和社会福利而提供的服务。
但自从1993年后，全国各地的社会服务活动纷纷统一称为“志愿服务”，但1989年成立的深圳义务工作者联合会坚持使用原名，沿用与国外及中国港澳台地区接轨的“义工”称谓，逐渐形成两种模式并行发展、相互借鉴直至多元发展的局面。
两者区别在于：志愿者强调其正统性，在党政部门的支持，鼓励下建立起来
的；而义工则以社会力量为主导，是在党政部门允许下成立的，需要自己做出成绩才能赢得党政部门的支持；才能有群众基础，民间性质比较明显。
从发展初期看，志愿服务模式比较接近党政部门要求，获得的行政资源支持较多，但随后的发展表明，这种资源提供的力度逐渐减弱，而义工团体先是获得社会资源的支持，产生较大的社会效益后，反过来吸引党政部门提供更多的资源。
在这两种模式下，又形成了三种类型：以党政力量兴办的志愿者协会、以民间非营利组织主导的义工协会、以海外国际组织兴办的义工协会。
应该说，这两种模式既有竞争又互相补充和影响。
参加义工既是一种责任、也是一种权利的本质所在，义工不是强制性的，如果不是出于自愿就不能叫义工。
同时我们也不应提倡义工降低自己的生活水准去帮助他人，在国际上也是以提供“力所能及”的帮助作为参加义工的基本条件。
