但也有一些值得思考的、改进的地方，现总结如下：一、强化观念更新，创新英语教学英语新课程标准对英语学科的发展提出了新的要求，这就要求我们要认真学习理论，更新教学观念和知识结构，提高自身的综合素质，才能符合时代潮流的发展要求。
在教学中，我们要求每位教师努力做到"三创新"--创新课堂教学设计，主要以学生的发展为本;创新教学方法，使教学活动由"教"向"学"转变，真正提高课堂教学效率;创新教学手段，运用现代化教学技术和远程教育资源是创新外语教学的重要途径。
这一技术为线上学习提供了方便。
只是监管学生工作难度颇大。
二、抓好教学业务工作，提高教师的专业素质1、团结协作，发挥集体备课组的优势备课是上好一节课的关键和前提。
我们采取集体备课与个人备课相结合的办法。
备课做到三定(定时间、定内容、定中心发言人)。
四统一(统一教学目的的、统一重点、统一作业内容、统一教学进度)。
集体备课主要以各年级备课组为单位，由各个备课组长负责，每周四下午为集体备课时间。
每次备课由1名教师选定一个单元并主讲，明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点，基本习题，参考教法等。
然后，同年级备课组教师进行讨论，最后达成共识，之后形成文字形式的教案。
充分发挥备课组的力量，做到了教学资源共享。
2、抓好教研组活动这个主阵地，向课堂要质量课堂教学是学校教学工作的中心，也是教研活动的重要环节。

2021年小学英语优秀教研组长工作总结近年来，随着新课程改革的全面推进，学校办学水平的不断提升，我们英语教研组作为学校的基层___，得到了学校领导的高度重视和大力支持，作为组长的我深知肩上的重担，领导的支持与信任，各位教师的理解与帮助，使我___满怀，充满活力，总有一股冲劲和韧劲，努力打造出适合每位孩子的英语教学环境。
现从以下四点对近年来我的工作进行简要回顾:
一、教研品质
我爱岗敬业，勤于学习，遵守工作纪律，专业素质高，与同事关系融洽，服从领导安排，具有极强的团队精神，执行力强，每次教研活动有计划、有记录、有总结，坚持写读书笔记与教学反思，能够出色完成学校和教研室布置的各项任务。
二、教研活动
为了提高教研组工作成效，我们每周至少一人做组内研究课，全组教师听课，周二、周五对该教师的说课、授课进行评课与反思，再___备课，做到每个年级的___备课定时间、定地点、有分工、有记录，对于每次的校本教研活动材料保存齐全，规范落实教学工作;每学期至少开设两次校内英语学科讲座，如理论学习、案例分析等，得到老师们的一致认可。
经过不断地外出观摩、学习与反思，大家都能够积极进行新课程教改实验，通过反复实践、反思、总结，功夫不负有心人，我们终于形成了适合本校特色的英语教学模式，杨__与吕__两位教师多次在市、区做研究展示课，反响甚佳。

三、教学管理
为了有效开展教研活动，开学初，全组教师认真学习《英语课程标准》的精神，刻苦钻研教材，一起讨论分析制定切实可行的教研组工作计划与各年级学科教学计划，精心设计教案，教学设计科学、合理、规范（范本），坚持每学期都进行教案、作业批改、学困生辅导等方面教学常规的全面检查，教学考核___得当，教学评价效果甚好，有符合实际的学科建设规划，定期与年级教研组研讨学科教学工作，为学校领导的决策提供服务，并且积极响应区、校号召，切实开展传帮带活动，我分别与吕敬、王静文老师结为师徒，名为师徒，实际上是互相学习，互相促进，大家随时随地交流教育教学的各种想法,她们经常主动争取我的帮助，我也认真学习她们在教学中的小创意,同时发现自己的不足之处，互相探讨，取长补短。
通过大家不屑的努力，吕敬老师在__区小学青年教师教学基本功比赛中获一等奖，在__区青年教师基本功比赛中获高年级组说课一等奖，多次在市、区做研究展示课，反响甚佳;王静文老师在__区小学青年教师教学基本功比赛中获三等奖。
她们的成长之迅速、变化之大无不让人振奋，由当初的一张白纸到现在娴熟地课堂掌控能力，真实自然，收放自如，加上本身的专业素养，可塑造性极高，前途一片光明。
四、教研绩效
在教研室两位教研员的细心指导下，在校领导的大力支持下，我组英语教学模式得到了大家的广泛认可，在__年的小升初考试中，我校六年级的英语平均分名列全区第一名，在提高学生成绩的同时我们也不断收获着成功:我撰写的论文《信息技术让小学英语教学更精彩》获中国

以上是近年来对我工作的一些简要回顾，当然，在还存在着很多的不足。
我坚信，昨天的成绩不只是一个终点，更是一个起点，是我前进的动力，在今后的岁月里，我也必将再接再厉，与各位教师一起在教学方式、教学理念、教学手段上不断开拓创新，为钢小的英语教学再上一个新的台阶而努力奋斗。
