Incorporating cosmetic fillers that bridgegaps between the forged parts and the carbon could smooththe appearance but add on considerable weight. This runscounter to the Scalpel design philosophy.The Scalpel 100 Zero-Pivot carbon fiber rear chain and seatstay assemblies were engineered with a strategic compositionof modulus and a tactical lay-up. The design progressed gramby gram. We want you to have confidence that the less thansexy looks are not defects in manufacture.We attempt to reduce the appearance of epoxy, visible gaps, and alignment between the bonded parts by carefully preparing the inner diameter of the stays before bonding. The actual bond area between the protrusion and inner surface of the chainstay are tightly controlled. The strength of the bonds between the parts are then proofed test by a specially developed manufacturing fixture.The fact remains, however, that some visible gaps and slight misalignments will be present. The edge of a carbon stay maybe higher than the matching contour of the forged part.Additionally, you will notice that the carbon stays are not sanded, painted, or clear coated. Again, the carbon staysappear as they would straight out of the clean molds. Youmay even see the mold parting lines in the stays. Here again, itmakes more sense to refrain from painting over the chain andseat stays since they are designed to flex, and that fact wouldcause paint to crack.Imperfect looking bond gaps or alignment are not structuraldefects. However, during regular frame inspection, it isimportant that you inspect for cracks in parts or relativemovement between them. 概述LC100系列仪表被设计用于诸如皮带秤、螺旋秤等连续累计自动衡器专用仪表，并严格按照Q/140000LC001-2007《LC100称重显示控制器》企业标准研制生产。
LC100系列仪表具有485通讯接口，可以满足用户多种计量、检测和联网的需求，中文图形显示方式提供了丰富的运行数据和简洁的操作界面。
本说明书提供LC100系列仪表的安装、调试、操作和维护的方法。
LC100系列仪表操作虽然简单，但错误的安装和误操作可能引起计量精度的下降、控制功能的丧失、外部配套设备的损坏以及意外事故的发生。

产品在结合当前国内外微机保护和综合自动化最新技术的基础上，应用了多项最新的计算机软硬件、自动化、网络、通信等技术，具有结构紧凑、抗静电及抗干扰能力强、运行稳定可靠、维护调试方便、性价比高等特点。
产品既可集中组屏运行，也可按功能就地安装在开关柜上。
1.2 型号及含义L D P 1 □□□1 2 3 4 5型号中：1）代表企业代号；2）代表产品种类（数字式，保护）；3）代表产品系列号；4）代表产品类型代号，见表1.2中第二列所述；5）代表保护对象代号，见表1.2中第三列所述。

表1.4 LDP100系列微机综合保护测控装置保护功能1.5 装置主要特点1）通用的软硬件平台设计a）采用新一代高速DSP处理器，具有强大的运算能力；b）单片解决方案：采用CPU片内FLASH作为程序存储器、片内RAM作为数据存储器，所有数据总线、程序总线都不出CPU，大大提高抗干扰能力；c）采用铁电存储器，数据的存储擦写无次数限制；d）完善的自检功能，可准确定位故障芯片，并具有定值整定、参数设置越限检查功能；e）通用的产品硬件平台，产品的使用和维护简单方便；f）软件采用模块化设计，方便软件移植和升级；g）可存储多个保护事件、遥信事件、遥控事件、自检事件，便于进行事故分析；h）可选配RS485通讯接口或CAN网络通讯接口。
2）高可靠性具有优异的抗干扰性能，通过GB/T 14598.10-2007中规定的严酷等级为A级（4kV、2.5kHz）的快速瞬变干扰试验和GB/T 14598.14-1998中规定的严酷等级为4级（接触放电8kV，空气放电15kV）的静电放电抗干扰试验等多项抗扰度试验，达到国家标准的最高等级要求。
组屏或安装于开关柜时，不需要安装其它抗干扰模块。
3）通用操作回路装置操作回路的控制电源DC220V/AC220V通用，无需更换出口板，适应不同场合要求；操作回路自动适应断路器跳合闸电流，灵活可靠。
4）免拆卸采用通讯方式升级软件，无须进行机箱拆卸，方便装置的工程开发与软件升级。
5）综合自动化功能可模拟上送如保护动作事件、保护告警事件、遥信、遥测量等有关数据，方便与监控系统及远动主站信息对点。
6）人性化设计全汉化菜单显示，操作简便；各路保护交流量、测量交流量、P、Q均可自动校准；可提供多对跳闸输出接点及信号输出接点，以灵活设置输出接点逻辑；可独立整定5套保护定值，定值区之间切换复制安全简单。
7）保护功能配置完善8）测控功能配置完善可采集计算Uab、Ucb、U0、I0、IA、IC、P、Q、COSΦ、f；测量、保护电量都具有相角显示功能，以方便接线检查；11路遥信采集，遥信电平DC220V/DC110V/DC24V可选；断路器可遥控分合；电度可计算和上传。
9）具有频率自动跟踪技术采用频率自动跟踪技术，在保证可靠性的前提下，提高保护和测量计算精度。
10）免调试采样回路选用高精度、高稳定的器件，避免因环境改变或长期运行造成采样误差增大。
装置无可调节元件，无需在现场调整采样精度，提高了运行的稳定性和调试的方便性。
11）通讯监视装置可显示通讯收发报文，方便对通讯进行故障诊断，便于维护。
12）机械结构机箱采用背插式及强、弱电分开结构，拆装方便。
装置既可集中组屏，又可就地安装于开关柜上，适合安装在类似环网柜等深度要求严格的场合（包括背面端子，装置的深度小于130mm）。
