1一次在快要上完一节还算满意的课后,一个学生突然举手示意。
原本以为他要提出针对本课的疑问,没想到是向我告状。
告状的内容是他身旁的小李同学偷偷地看了大半节课的课外书。
因为他坐的是最角落的位置加之我在平时有不许学生在课堂上随便告状的规定,所以始终曾未发现。
正当这时下课铃声响起,为了不耽误给其他学生布置作业,我只说了句:“下课后,小明同学帮我把录音机提到办公室去。
”在回办公室的路上,我一边走在他身旁,一边和他进行了这样的对话:“上课看的是什么书啊?”小李:“《马丁的早晨》。
” “哦,那这书讲的是什么故事啊?”小明:“一个叫马丁的魔术师的故事。
”“哦?他会变魔术?变什么呢?”小明:“变很多种人。
”“那具体说说啊。
”他开始莫不做声,估计在努力回想,但似乎因为语言组织能力不是很好,没有立刻回答,这时也恰好走到了办公室。
让他放下录音机后我问:“你这节课共看了几页呢?”小明翻了翻书说:“好几十页。
”我说:“不错呢,一节课可以看那么多。
如果你一节课能学那么多知识该有多好啊(自言自语),那你在课上有听到我讲了些什么吗?”小明:“ruler。
” (以前的旧知识,在这节课中运用于新旧知识的结合环节)我又接着说:“不错,一心能二用,边看书边还可以听课,说明你脑袋不赖啊。
”小明不好意思地低下了头。
我立刻又问:“那你能用英语说说这尺是什么颜色的吗?”(颜色是这节课的新授内容)小明不是很自信地回答:“red?” 我竖起拇指表扬道:“Very good!”(接着便拿出了另外几种颜色的词语卡片,如我所料有大部分都读不出,我便反复耐心地教,耐心的纠正)不到5分钟,那孩子已经掌握的差不多了。
我又问:“你觉得那书好看吗?”小明有些不太明白意思地点了点头。
我说:“说明你是看的懂那本书的,对吗?”小明回答:“是。
”“那如果你没有很好的语文基础,能看懂里面的内容吗?”小明摇了摇头。
“你知道吗?如果你英语学好了,能看懂更多更有趣的书呢。
想看吗?”小明说:“想。
”“那以后上课...... ”小明没等我说完就说:“我会认真听讲的。
”我点着头鼓励他:“好,我会在上课时看着你的表现的,别让我失望哦!”“嗯。
” 从那次事情后,我在上课时就格外注意起像小明那样虽然聪明但注意力不容易长时间集中的孩子来,有时候因为喉咙疼,还会请他们来帮我做布置作业的小话筒(我轻声向他们传达作业内容,让他们大声向全班同学宣布),发现他们在上课时的表现比以前有了很大的进步,而且我上课也更有效率了。
卡尔•罗杰斯有句名言:一旦真诚、对个人的尊重、理解学生的内心世界等态度出现了,振奋人心的事情就发生了。
爱学生就要尊重学生,尊重学生的人格,理解学生的要求和想法,理解他们的幼稚和天真;用充满爱的眼睛欣赏学生……即使是成绩最差,行为最随便的孩子,他们也有自尊,也要我们所说的“面子”。
很多课堂上的突发事情其实并不需要立刻处理,如果留到课后,给学生和自己的思想一片天空,让谈话沟通给彼此的心灵一个自由,那么我想教与学就将不再是心血来潮和灵感突发的过程了。
2明天是圣诞节,今天我一进教室就有三个学生送给我橙子,我一下子不知道该怎么办了,嘴里说着“谢谢”心里冬冬的。
也许大家会说,收下吧,学生的心意。
可是,此时是课堂,学生们已无心听讲,光用眼睛扫桌上的橙子了。
在学生们读书的时间,我大脑高速运转,终于我有办法了。
课文中有短语"be sure to...",讲解时我说句子:"Tomorrow is Sunday, be sure to do something for your mother.Every motner is great. Please give the love to your mother." 这样,我把讲桌上的橙子,让学生带给他们的母亲。
心里的包袱没有了,课上的很轻松,学生们听得也很认真。
下课铃响了,我说:“下课。
”学生们起立后没象往常那样说:“老师休息。
”而是异口同声的说:“Merry Christmas,I love you,Ms Xuan!" "It’s the best gift I have received, thank you !" 回到办公室,我思绪万千。
学生们身上总是有发光点的,他们也有可爱的地方,七年级时的“调皮鬼”现在也知道学习了,所以一定要给他们成长的时间。
以后在教育他们时,不能总是一味的批评。
也许先表扬再批评更有效果。
当然具体情况还要具体对待。
教了这么多年书,以为自己已不会感动,今天我发现,我被学生感动了。
师生之间的感情是真挚的,这是我今天收到的最珍贵的礼物!3在备课过程中,我们精心安排教学过程,认真斟酌教学方法,其实更重要的是要充分考虑学生的思维方式、生理特点和兴趣爱好等,这些都是激发学生创新思维前提条件, 因此,在多年教学中,我通常会在上课前了解学生家庭情况、兴趣爱好等情况,同时通过书籍和网络搜集学生最喜欢歌星和歌曲或体育比赛等等,这些在教学过程中都给我提供了很大的帮助。
有一次我在七年级教授英语26个字母时,我举出生活中一些和字母有关系的例子,如数学的面积S,高是h,我又举出英语快餐的名字…….突然一名学生大声说了一句“S.H.E”,我一看原来是我班一名“小歌迷”,前几天,入学时我让大家做自我介绍时,我就了解到她最爱听流行歌曲,不喜欢学英语,当时我还很生气。
我知道“S.H.E”是一队歌手组合名称,今天听她这么一说,我就来个“将计就计”,我高兴地走到她身边,说:“你能说一下“S.H.E”什么意思吗?”大大出乎我的意料,“小歌迷”兴奋给大家介绍了“S.H.E”英语分别代表歌手名字,介绍她们的爱好和歌曲等等。
她说很她非常喜欢她们的歌曲Super Star,我问她什么含义,她解释很清楚,我吃惊地说:“你原来英语知道的那么多呀!”我微笑说:“你给大家唱一首好吗?”她沉默一会儿,我冲同学们大声说“大家欢迎!”在一阵热烈的掌声后,她慢慢从座位上站起来,开始唱了起来,声音很小,后来声音慢慢变大了,大家也跟着唱起来……也许大家太兴奋了,下课铃响了,大家好像没听见似的,我说:“我希望大家都能成为班上一颗颗的Super Star!”。
大家脸上洋溢着灿烂笑容,我知道那是一种学习中体验到的真正快乐!下课后,“小歌迷”在教学楼走廊中对我说:“我原来最讨厌英语,小学时一上课,就打瞌睡,考试也经常不及格,英语太枯燥无味了,只有在听歌时才快乐,但是今天课上我感觉特别好,你让我对英语产生了兴趣,今后我一定把英语学好!”我笑着说:“听音乐很好,但不要影响学习,要协调好听音乐和学习的关系,你看今天在英语课上你不是也融入音乐了吗?老师相信你,你一定会是最棒的!”她自信地点点头。
晚上,我把这件事记在了我的日记本上,我觉得这堂课没有象我预先设计那样进行,中途插入了这首“小插曲”,但最后我也出色完成了教学目标,而且课堂少了沉闷、乏味,增添了自然、愉悦,一堂课的课前“彩排”固然有必要,但在教学中我们不要让课前预设“彩排”阻碍学生创新思维“生成”,让我们的课多一点“原生态”生成,让学生的视野再广一些,思维再宽一些,让学生思维“生成”真正成为课堂亮点。
4记得有一次,我教学生词tomato这个词和它的应用,为了增加学生的学习印象,我拿来一个鲜红的西红柿,给他们讲了“特曼特果”来历的美丽爱情故事,学生听得如痴如醉,并在故事中记住了tomato的读音,和拼写,还能说句子I like tamato. I’d like to eat some tomatoes等句子。
在教学关于behind,in front of ,in the front of, over, above 等方位介词的区别时,学生们总是容易混淆,于是我在黑板上画了一座小房子,折了一只小鸟,把小鸟放在不同方位来解释,结果学生们很快明白了这些词的用法。
下课时,学生们都围着我说:“老师你不但英语水平高,美术水平也不赖哦,什么时候也教教我们画画和做手工呀!”。
看到学生们兴趣高昂的样子,我欣慰地笑了。
5午休刚要睡着,有学生来“报告!”,说实在的每到这时我都很厌烦,过了睡觉的时间点,我就很难入睡了。
开门一看,是我以前的又分到别班的一个学生,很成熟的一个学生。
“老师,我想跟你谈谈。
我看你这几天不高兴呢”"是吗?你怎么看出来的?"“我每次见到你说话,就感觉你很烦闷的样子。
”“是吗,我自己可没觉得,你心太细了,还把我的喜怒哀乐放在心上。
我没有不高兴的事,路上碰到时,可能是在想别的事吧,这么多学生插肩而过,我也只能是点点头,来回应他们的问候,时间长了,就面无表情了吧,也和性格有关,不是那种很阳光的性格吧。
”“不是,老师,你真的有心事似的,以前的你不这样。
是不是你班的学生惹你生气了,我听说前几天你班的学生和学校主任动手了,还听说大为把一年级的学生打了,我以为这两天你班总出事,你为此生气了呢。
”“哦,不会,我从来不会因为学生真生气。
毕竟是孩子嘛,有些错误难免,都处理了,没事了。
”“没事就好,其实你们班就那几个调皮生,放学路上,我们常常走一路,听他们说,你太严格,他们都怕你,以前的班主任太好脾气了,换了你,他们不适应了,这样他们就逆反了,有时故意跟老师过不去。
”“恩,这个年龄的孩子都这样,谢谢你告诉我这些,我知道我该对他们宽容些了。
”学生走了,我思前想后,睡不着了。
反思一下自己,也许我的管理真的过了。
这个年龄段的孩子真的太逆反了,说大不大的年龄,说成熟不成熟的思想,真的不是我们这代人所能体会到的。
他们需要调教,更需要呵护。
我也感觉到自己当班主任以来,对这个班级的态度变化了,在另一个班,上课也好,下课也好,我可以和他们说笑,课堂气氛很融洽,他们的学习劲头也足,可在本班,因为是班主任,我必须是不拘言笑的,我以为这样就有威信了,但恰恰相反,学生上课像避猫鼠似的,也不积极回答问题了,下课也不跟我交流了,也难怪我们班最近两次考试都赶不上另一个班了,这里面很大原因在我了。
今后的我一定得调整自己的态度,多树正面榜样在前面引路,而不能一味的你必须这样那样。
尤其对差等生,多发现他们的特长来表扬,燃起他们学习的欲望。

3、引进竞争机制和激励性评价。
