NP311产品手册

简介NP311是一款可以让原有RS-232、RS-485、RS-422 串行设备,如门禁系统、考勤系统、保全系统、PLC、CNC、仪控设备…等,立即具备连网能力的高性能串口设备联网服务器。
NP311一方面从以太网获取UDP或TCP数据包,经内部解包提取数据后按NP311的串口设置要求由RS-232/485/422接口发送出去。
另一方面NP311从RS-232/485/422接口获取数据,在NP311内部打包成UDP或TCP数据格式经以太网口发送给目的设备。
NP311采用8位RISC单片机,提供一个RS-232串口,一个RS-484/422共用端子,安装随附于NP311的Serial 程序组后,可对其进行设置、韧件升级。
同时,使用程序组中的虚拟串口软件,用户可以在Windows操作系统中创建出与真实串口无区别的虚拟串口,用户可不需修改原有基于COM通讯软件。
同时,提供简单的联网方式,不但无需改变现有的硬件设备,而且保证了未来网络的扩充,通过简单的设置就可以实现串行设备的立即联网,支持串行与网络接口之间双向传输数据。

The balance of the output on the reference voltage depends on matched ratios of the resistors. CMRR, PSRR, and cancellation of the second harmonic distortion diminish if resistor mismatch occurs. Therefore, it is recommended to use 1% to lerance resistors or better to keep the performance optimized. Matching is more important than over all tolerance. When the supply voltage drops to 2.3 V or below, the MD3113 goes into a state of shutdown , and the device comes out of its shutdown state and restore to normal function only when reset the power supply or /SD pin.Short Circuit Protection (SCP)The MD3113 has short circuit protection circuitry on the outputs to prevent the device from damage when output-to-output shorts or output-to-GND shorts occur. When a short circuit occurs, the device I mmediately goes into shutdown state. Once the short is removed, the device will be reactivated.Over Temperature Protection (OTP)Thermal protection on the MD3113 preventsthe device from damage when the internal die temperature exceeds 135C. There is a 15 C tolerance on this trip point from device to device. Once the die temperature exceeds the set point, the device wil lenter the shutdown state and the outputs are disabled. This is not alatched fault.The thermal fault is cleared once the temperature of the die decreased by 30 C. Do not use one line connecting power GND and analog GND. Noise currents in the output power stage need to be returned to output noise ground and nowhere else. When these currents circulate elsewhere, they may get into the power supply, or the signal ground, etc, even worse, they may form a loop and radiate noise. Any of these instances results in degraded amplifier performance. The output noise ground that the logical returns for the output noise currents associated with class D switching must tie to system ground at the power exclusively. Signal currents for the inputs, reference need to be returned to quite ground. This ground only ties to the signal components and the GND pin. GND then ties to system ground. Power Supply LineAs same to the ground, VDD and PVDD need to be separately connected to the system power Supply .It is recommended that all the trace could be routed as short and thick as possible. For the power line layout, just imagine water stream, any barricadeplacedinthetrace(showninfigure2)could result in the bad performance of theamplifier.Components PlacementDecoupling capacitors-As previously described, the high-frequency 1uF decoupling capacitors should be placed as close to the power supply terminals (VDD and PVDD) as possible. DD311是单一通道输出的LED恒流驱动器,内建电流镜与电流开关机制,是专为驱动大 功率LED而设计的芯片。DD311可驱动高达1安培的沈入电流(sink current),并可透过调整 参考输入电流(IREF),来任意设定输出电流的大小。输出电流值约为100倍的IREF,IREF可由调 整外挂电阻或偏压(bias)电压来设定。微调或致能偏压(bias)电压可以实现单颗LED亮度校正或 多颗LED间整体亮度同时调整。芯片的输出端可承受电压高达33V,支持多颗大功率LED的串 接应用。并具有输出使能端(Enable)可实现控制颜色变化的进阶应用。
