❖标准内容：

原理：
如果把试样暴露在规定的状态调节环境或温度中，那么试样与状态 调节环境或温度之间即可达到可再现的温度和/或含湿量平衡的状态。
标准环境：
而不考虑相对湿度、大气压或空气循环流速的影响。通常，空气温度 范围为18~28℃的室温。 6、程序 6.1状态调节
状态调节周期应在材料的相关标准中规定。 当在相应标准中未规定状态调节周期时，应采用下列周期： a)对于标准环境23/50和27/65，不少于88h。 b)对于18~2818~28℃的室温，不少于4h。 注6：对于具体实验和已知能够很快活很慢才能达到温度及适度平衡 的塑料或试样，可以在相应标准中规定一个较短或较长的状态调节周 期（见附录A）
方法a)有个缺点，即某些性能值，尤其是力学性能值，在干态下与在 标准环境23/50中状态调节后得到的测定值不同。
对于方法b)，下列经验做法可能是有用的，如果间隔d2个星期进行称 量，所得结果的变化率不大于0.1%时，可以假定为已经到达平衡（其中d为 试样厚度，单位为mm）
如果已知聚合物的湿扩散特性并能用来确定适宜的暴露周期和条件时， 则使用方法c 应把试样放置在烘箱或状态调节箱内，直到其处在湿含量平 衡的状态。如果在状态调节期间材料平均湿含量的变化率小于0.01%时，即 到达了该状态。使用下列准则估计估计到达湿含量平衡的时间;
附录 A （标准的附录） 在状态调节环境中塑料湿平衡的到达 在某种环境中进行准柜台调节的试样，其吸湿量和吸收或解吸湿气的速 率显著取决于制作试样材料的特性和形状。 6.1中给出的状态调节时间可能不适用，特别是对于下列情况： ——已知只有经和长时间才能与其状态调节环境达到平衡的材料（例 如某些聚酰胺类）； ——其吸湿能力与到达平衡所要求的时间都无法事先估算的不熟悉的 材料。 在这些情况中，可任选下列一种方法： a)在不会使材料发生明显或永久变化的高温下烘干该材料（对于很多 材料，可接受的温度为50℃±2℃） b) 在标准环境23/50中调节该试样，直至达到平衡；
