教材简析:本单元在What’s this /that ?的基础上,进一步引导学生运用一般疑问句Is this/ that ……? 去确认周围的常见的事物。

为配合“认物”这一功能项目的展开,本单元所教词汇也可以日常生活中的一些常见物品为主。

应注意的是,问句中的this 或that 在回答时要用it 替代,以避免重复。

教过May I come in ?后,教师可要求学生在每次进入教师办公室或上英语课迟到时,坚持用“May I comein ?” 代替汉语的“报告”,教师也应用Come in ,please .回答。

教学重点:四会单词的朗读与正确拼写,熟练运用Is this /that a…? 进行问答。

教学难点:巩固Is this/that a …? 句型的基础上加入物主代词your。

让孩子在情景对话中了解这个问句的含义。

教学准备:教师: 多媒体课件、课文磁带、单词图片、卡片、人物头饰、带锁盒子、钥匙、手表。
