All of these lead to current situation that cities like Braunschweig and Hanover are out of control, and the whole country falls into panic. Markets, industries and livelihood are severely affected; and the spread of the virus is almost out of control. To counter this crisis, we have adopted all feasible approaches. Corresponding safety zones and isolation zones have been set up to protect residents.
