上海对安全卫生优质水果中农药最高残留规定
上海市地方标准DB31/T 262.1—2001《安全卫 生优质水果》规定了91种农药在优质水果中的最 高残留含量。 其中,甲拌磷、甲胺磷、水胺硫磷、倍硫磷、马 拉硫磷、久效磷、氧乐果、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、 磷胺、(2,4,5)一涕2,4,5一T、三氯杀螨醇、 林丹、艾氏剂、狄氏剂、氯丹、克百威、克螨特、 杀虫脒、溴甲烷、氟乙酰胺、三环锡、五氯酚、 五氯硝基苯等24种农药不得检出。
欧盟标准:
欧盟蔬菜中农药最高残留限量是按蔬菜分类制定的。
①对根和根茎类蔬菜使用的96种农药给出了最高残留限
量。
②对果菜类蔬菜给出了47种农药残留最高限
③对芸薹类蔬菜给出了44种农药残留最高限量值。
④对叶菜类蔬菜给出了46种农药残留最高限量值。
⑤对鲜豆类蔬菜给出了95种农药残留最高限量值。
⑥对真菌类蔬菜给出了47种农药残留最高限量值。
鲜乳中总汞的允许最大浓度≤0.Olppm;粮食≤0.02ppm;肉、 蛋(去壳)≤0.05ppm。鱼类、食肉类鱼类(如鲨鱼、金枪鱼等) 中甲基汞允许最大浓度≤1.Oppm;非食肉类鱼类及其他水产 品≤0.5ppm。

香蕉法典标准(CODEXSTAN205-1997)

香蕉法典标准(CODEX STAN 205-1997)1.产品定义本标准适用于经处理和包装后供消费者鲜食的芭蕉科(Musaceae)香蕉属[Musa spp. (AAA)]商业品种,呈绿色,不包括仅用于烹调(plantains种)或工业加工用香蕉。
本标准涵盖的香蕉品种见附件。
2.质量相关规定2.1 基本要求除符合各等级具体规定和容许范围要求外,所有等级香蕉必须符合以下要求:-完整(以一根香蕉为参考);-完好,未发生不宜食用的腐败或变质现象;-干净,基本无任何可见异物;-基本没有造成外观损伤的害虫-基本无虫害造成的损伤;-无异常外表水分,但冷藏后出现的凝结水除外;-无任何异味;-果实紧实;-无低温引起的损伤;-基本无擦伤;-单根香蕉无畸形或异常弯度;-去除雌蕊;-主茎完整,无弯曲、真菌损害或干裂。
此外,成把和成串果实必须包括:-有足够的正常色泽的完好顶冠,无真菌污染;-顶部切削整齐,非斜面或撕裂,主柄无断片。
2.1.1 香蕉的成熟程度及品质状态必须:-符合不同品种具体特征的适宜成熟期;-经得起运输和装卸;-运至目的地时仍具良好品质状态,以实现令人满意的后熟过程。
MC459/Ch.2.2 分级香蕉分为以下三个等级:2.2.1 “特”级本等级香蕉必须具有特优品质。
应具有该品种和/或商品类型特征。
除不影响产品整体外观、质量、贮藏品质和包装外观的极轻微表皮缺陷外,不应有其他缺陷。
2.2.2 一级本等级香蕉必须具有良好品质。
应具有该品种特征。
允许带有以下轻微缺陷,但不得影响产品整体外观、质量、贮藏品质和包装外观:-形状和色泽轻微缺陷;-擦伤或其他表皮轻微缺陷总表面积不超过2cm2;任何情况下都不应有伤及果肉的缺陷。
2.2.3 二级本等级香蕉品质虽达不到较高等级的要求,但符合上文第 2.1节提出的基本要求。
允许带有下列缺陷,但不得影响香蕉质量、贮藏品质和包装外观等基本特征:-形状和色泽缺陷,但产品需保留香蕉一般特征;-由擦伤、结痂、揉搓、瑕疵或其他原因引起的表皮缺陷总表面积不超过4 cm2;任何情况下都不应有伤及果肉的缺陷。

近年来,国内茶叶的消费需求量越来越大,人们对茶叶的质量安全越发关注,对茶叶的品质要求越来越高,对茶叶质量安全尤其茶叶农残的关注度更为集中,所以本文比较CAC、美国、日本、欧盟、中国几大茶叶生产、消费国对茶叶农残限量的要求,分析我国茶叶相关标准中涉及茶叶农药最大残留限量的问题,探讨我国茶叶质量安全和品质提升问题。
美国、法国、英国、德国和加拿该原则是联合国粮农组织(FAO)和世
界卫生组织(WHO)提出的安全性评价
原则,根据人体接触化合物量和对人
体或动物的毒性制定的标准。
人体可
能摄入量较大和对人体毒性大的化合
物制定农残限量标准较严,反之较宽
松。
(2)“零风险”原则。
该原则不
考虑化合物的毒性,只根据自己的考
虑点制定。
(3)不同国家、地区在茶
叶生产技术、农残检测技术等方面存
在一定的差距,有些发达国家为本国

农药的限量要求未在表2.8.13-1,也没有欧洲共同市场指示要求的用下式计算:ADI×MMDD×100ADI = 日最大摄取量mg/kg(根据FAO-WHO要求)M = 体重kgMDD = 每千克体重平均每日剂量如果该药是用于制备提取液,酊剂或其他药剂,其制备方法可能会改变最后药品中农药含量,限量用下式计算:ADI×M×EMDD×100E = 制备方法的萃取因数由试验决定在特殊情况下,最高限量也是允许的,尤其当该植物使用特殊的种植方法,或有一种代谢物或它的结构使其高于农药限量的正常值。
如果该批中药的种植过程是清楚的,或者可以准确追踪的,也就是说农药的性质和用量,以及种植过程中使用农药的时间都是可是清楚的,监管部门可能会对这批中药全部或部分免检。
【取样】方法对于1kg装的,取样一份,充分混匀,取适量用于检查。
对于1kg至5kg装的,分别自容器顶部,中部,底部取等量样品一份,然后充分混匀后,取适量用于检查。
对于5kg以上容器装的,分别自容器顶部,中部,底部取不少于250g的样品,然后将样品充分混匀,取适量用于检测。
取样量如果容器的数量不多于三个,用上述方法从每个容器中取一份样。
如果容器的数量多于3个,用上述方法取n+1份样,如有必要,取近似整数单位。
为防止残留物降解,用于检测的样品取出后应尽快用于检测,否则,将样品置于密闭容器或食物容器中,在0℃下避光密闭保存。
