一、教材分析 (Status & Function)

本课是小学新标准英语三年级起点第七册第三模块第一单元。在前六册课本中，学生已经完成了对小学阶段所有新语言的学习，因此，从第七册书开始，英语教学进入专题强化循环阶段，在复习基础知识的同时，扩展学习新的语言知识，使学生的听说能力得到训练，读写能力得到强化。

第三模块是通过Daming在Simon家谈论“集邮”引出Hobby这个主题，第一单元的词汇和句型主要用于对邮票的提问和描述，表达自己对邮票的爱好，了解不同国家的邮票，学生通过学习第一单元为进入第二单元谈论其他爱好的学习打好铺垫。

根据英语新课标提出的总目标并根据六年级学生的认识水平，对于第三模块的教学任务我计划用三个课时来完成。下面，我主要说说第一课时的教学。这一课时的教学目标如下：

I. Material analysis

本话题将介绍屋内房间的名称与位置、常见的屋内摆设的名称和摆放位置等。通过Maria去Jane家拜访的情景呈现本课的主要内容，学习用there be句型表达各房间及屋内基本摆设。本课贴近学生的实际生活，有利于提高学生学习的兴趣，调动他们的学习积极性。

2学情分析

二年级的学生经过了一年的英语学习,对英语学习有了初步的认识。并且学生在前期已经学习了爱好以及一些周末活动的表达。学生已经学习过含有“be”动词的特殊疑问句,本节课学习含实义动词的特殊疑问句,具有一定的难度。
