approval of the building plans (hereinafter referred to as "the Building

Plan") from the Appropriate Authority (A copy of the Site Plan,

Layout Plan, Floor Plan and *Storey Plan/Delineation Plan as

certified by the Vendor's architect are annexed in the First Schedule); 鉴于卖方已自费取得有关当局核发之建筑图批准,以
