一、比赛评比小组:学校领导成员及英语组全体教师二、活动内容:英语诗歌、文章、故事等朗读三、活动对象:二年级至五年级。

四、活动时间:12月2日下午第一节课开始五、活动地点:音乐教室六.比赛要求:参赛选手选用的内容要求积极向上,可选用优秀作品,做相应加分处理,朗读时间为2、3分钟,可以可以配背景、音乐,根据个人情况进行才艺表演。

七:比赛规则:二、三年级一组,四、五年级一组,每班二名同学参加。

广州市教育局关于公布广州市基础教育教师培训教学专家库
成员名单的通知
(穗教师资〔2012〕18号)
市属各高校,各区(县级市)教育局,市、区两级教师培训机构,局属各单位:为提高我市基础教育教师培训质量,促进教师专业化发展。

根据《关于遴选推荐广州市基础教育培训教学专家库人选的通知》(穗教师资〔2012〕7号)要求,在市属各高校、各区县教育行政部门及有关单位推荐的基础上,经广州市教育局组织评审,现认定878位教师为“广州市基础教育教师培训教学专家”,予以公布(详见附件)。

市基础教育教师培训教学专家库专家负责开展市级网络远程培训学习辅导,开设面向全市中小学教师的学科专题培训,指导学校开展校本培训等。

我局将建立专家库信息管理系统,优先选聘专家库成员承担我市各项教师培训工作任务,并做好专家库成员工作绩效考评。

各区、县级市教育局和培训机构可在“广州市中小学教师继续教育综合管理平台”查看专家库成员信息,聘请专家开展区域教师培训工作,并在平台上录入相应的考核结果:“优”、“良”“中”、“差”,作为对专
家库成员承担培训任务的绩效考评。

广州市基础教育教师培训教学专家库实行动态管理机制,根据各方对专家培训教学效果的评价反馈和培训工作开展的实际需要,定期进行补充调整。

小学英语优秀教研组汇报材料篇一:小学英语教研组自评报告小学英语教研组自评报告我校小学部共拥有三位专职英语教师,平均年龄43岁,英语本科学历1人,大专学历1人,小学高级教师2人,小学一级1人,每人至少承担二个年级三个班级的教学任务。

不管工作如何分配,大家都有一个共识:英语教研组是一个整体,密不可分,相辅相成,每位成员牢牢树立了服务意识、团队意识、互动意识、探究意识,努力做到平等相处、互爱互助、宽容待人、相互沟通、共同创造,人人都是教育教学的研究者,有事大家齐商量,共同完成。

因此,我们英语组的每位教师在区英语教学工作精神的指导下及本校目标的要求下,尽心尽职,相互学习、相互督促,共同探讨,努力完成各项工作。

现对我校英语教研组工作情况作一回顾总结。

一、日益完善的制度建设每当开学第一次教研组活动时,各位组员在了解学校工作计划及区英语工作重点后,再根据我校英语工作的实际情况,各抒己见,商榷新学期的学科教研组计划,以及每月、每周活动安排及工作重点,做到人人心中有数。

近年来,每位教师根据所教年级、班级情况制定了教师个人发展计划,内容包括发展目标与方向,业务进修,教学目标,教育科研方面目标等。

另外还有日常的作业、备课的检查制度,听课、评课制度,对学困生的帮困跟踪制度,学期结束时的各类总结等一系列制度保证了英语各项工作的有序进行,也为每位教师留下了工作中的点滴足迹。

二、丰富有效的教研活动1、定时、定点、定内容早已成为教研组活动的传统制度,每二周一次,大家一起学习,交流、讨论,参与率100%,一学期至少活动10次或以上,每次活动均有详尽地记录。

2、自从“二期”课改以来,学习“新基础教育”理论已成为每次教研组活动的必修课,我们不断从网上、杂志上、报刊上学习相关文章,用切实可行的理论武装自己的头脑,指导着各自的教学,交流着各自的学习体会,及时总结他人的教学经验为己所用,提高自身的业务水平,我们教研组的每位老师都明确了小学阶段英语课程的目标首先是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们建立起初步的学习英语的自信心;同时也要培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音,语调基础,使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。

教研组是学校的基本组织之一,是教师从事教学研究的基地,同时又是教师成长的摇篮,学习的沃土,进步的平台。

搞好教研组建设工作是提高学校教学质量的重要途径。

刘河中心校英语教研组是一个朝气蓬勃、锐意进取、勇于创新、团结协作的优秀集体, 组内教师具有良好的英语素质和扎实的业务功底,治学严谨,教学教研气氛浓厚。

该组由陈家亮、马锐、刘巧、程丽娟、解正桂5名英语教师组成,年轻化、知识化、专业化、是英语教研组的特色。

“挑战自我,超越自我,博采众长和开拓创新”是英语教研组老师的教学风格;培养自主学习、有创新意识的学生是英语教研组老师的终身任务。

教研组亮点1.各具特色的教学风格“求新标异二月花,删繁就简三秋树”。

教研组长陈家亮老师善于钻研教材,讲究教学环节的处理,教学方法灵活,教研观念新,研究能力强,2009年经学校推荐,申请加入肥西县教育局小学英语理事会,现任理事会副会长,是2012年严店教研分会推荐上报县局的英语兼职教研员,勇挑重任,搞教学,擅组织,在组内被称为“多面手的领头羊”。

马锐老师教学经验丰富,善于调动学生的积极性,注重师生互动,亲和力强,敢于放手并对作业处理的方式很独到,深受学生敬佩,是“合作伙伴型的好同事”。

此外还有授课诙谐幽默、博学多才的刘巧老师,活动探究设计巧妙灵活、师生配合默契的程丽娟老师,敏而好学、课堂温馨的解正桂老师。

这三位老师是组内最具“浓厚个性色彩”的成员。

2.团结奋进的黄金组合“一花独放不是春,百花齐放春满园”。

他们充分发挥教研组的作用,分工合作,资源共享,形成合力,真正做到集众人之精华,扬团队之精神,求整体之优化,创学科之特色。

一、团队建设
增城市实验小学英语科组共有教师19人,科组成员年龄都比较年轻。

学校领导们经常把我们称作为“年轻的科组”“最有活力的科组”“最有学习力的科组”“最团结协作的科组”。

对于这样的表扬,一方面我们深感荣幸,说明英语科组日常工作的开展受到领导的肯定与赏识;另一方面,这些表扬也是对我们继续发扬团结协作精神,勇敢面对未来工作的一种鞭策。

虽然每一位英语老师在实验小学的工作都是非常繁忙的,但是我们还是坚持共同学习,以求同进步。

可以说“团结奋进、和谐进取”既是我们英语科组的口号,也同时代表了我们科组成员的一种工作态
度。

英语科组的成长就是每一位英语科教师的成长,而教师的成长离不开专家的引领。

我们英语科组坚持每个学期邀请增城市小学英语教研员刘桂冰老师和生本教育研究院小学英语教研员席春玲博士到我校指导英语科组的教学工作。

刘桂冰老师是一个教育理念非常先进,教育教学经验非常丰富的老师。

在教研活动中,我们积极提问,刘老师也总是知无不言言无不尽,每次教研活动结束我们都还是感到意犹未尽。

在她的讲座或者是评课的过程中,我们总能学到新的理念。

在实验小学成立后到现在,刘老师已经指导过我们科组里的每一个老师的教学,某些老师甚至有幸得到她三次以上的指导。

可以说,实验小学英语科组就是在刘老师
一步一步的关心引领之下成长起来的。

生本教育是近年来得到大家特别关注的教育理念,越来越多的教师对它进行了实践探索。

为了弄清楚如何在小学英语课堂上开展生本教育,我们请来了席春玲博士对我们的课堂进行了指导。

在她的指导下,我们明白了要把更多的课堂时间交还给学生,发动学生自主学习、主动探索,培养他们自主学习的能力。

5. 教师专项培训增底气
口语、外教、请进走出
1. 由于语言环境的约束,英语教师日常使用英语的机会少。

个别老师感叹自己的英语水平已经降到了所任教的年级的水平了。

虽然这话有些夸张,但是由于缺乏语言运用的机会,而且小学英语教师日常接触的教材难度不高,导致教师口语运用能力不断下降。

因此,为了提供给我校英语教师更多的英语运用的机会,激励教师英语的终身学习,最终提高他们的英语表达能力,我校英语科组统一思想在每个星期一下午5:10开始,英语老师集中在综合楼大堂小舞台,一起就某个话题进行英语交流,以此来提高英语老师运用英语交流的能力。

为减轻老师们的负担,一个学期的话题已经统一由科组长组织好,放到英语科组文件夹内。

经过半个学期的实施,发现英语老师们不止有机会提高英语口语的机会,同时也有了一个相互了解,增进交流的机会。

所以,这个活动将会成为我们英语科组的一个科组文化,在以后的日子里一直保留下去。

2. 同时,增城市实验小学是个窗口学校,时常有外国友人到我校考察,英语教师的口语能力有必要大力提高。

因此,我们还请来了新西兰的外教Harry等到我校给英语老师进行一对一的指导。

现在为止,不能说每个英语老师都能很流利地和外教交流,但是至少我们科组的每一位成员在面对外国人时,都敢于自信地用英语表达自己的想
法。

3. 同时,我们还与增城市凤凰城中英文学校以及广州市骏景小学建立“手拉手”的关系。

凤凰城中英文学校的英语科是一个非常优秀的科组,他们拥有很好的师资和教学科研氛围。

每次他们学校举办重大的活动的时候,我们总会前往吸取他们先进的教育教学管理经验。

同样,广州市骏景小学在小学英语生本课堂教学方面做得相当出色。

与他们手拉手的过程当中,英语教师的视野得到开拓,理念得到提升,学习意识得到增强。

三、科组特色
1. 口语特色(课题、教材、外教、教师专项培训、大课堂、课前三分钟、短课)
科组的发展既需要和谐上进的内部环境,也同样需要走出学校向更优秀科组学习的机会。

我们深知我校英语科组是一个很年轻的科组,这既是我们的优点,年轻人有更强的学习力,但是这也同样是我们的缺点,因为年轻我们的经验相对比较缺乏,科研能力比较薄弱。

因此,我们英语科组申报了增城市课题《拓宽学生学习途径,提高学生英语口语交际能力》,以此来推动教师科研能力的提高。

我们付出,我们收获,添了几分经验,也多了几分成熟。

在以后的工作道路上,英语教研组将本着求真务实、锐意进取、勇于开拓的精神,在素质教育的探索和实践中再接再厉,跨步前进,力求英语教研组建设日臻完美。
